Another Victory For The Streets!!!!
In the Beverly Hills Court today, persons who possession cocaine who are wrongfully treated as defendants in the criminal justice system and who are routinely subject to illegal search and seizures by falsely being labeled as being under the influence scored a victory today as evidence was suppressed by the Court.
At the helm of the 4th Amendment protection squad was Hollywood’s super attorney Ronald Richards, who once again suppressed evidence that was obtained as a result of an illegal search and seizure defending one of Los Angeles’s best club owners who was yanked out of his friend’s vehicle and subject to an illegal arrest and an illegal search and seizure.
The Court dismissed the charges and justice was served in Beverly Hills today.
