Black Eyed Peas Sued for Copyright Infringement

Will I Am is a thief! Know why? Because he produced a stolen track for Black Eyed Peas, knowing that he ripped off a young sista. He took the work of Chicago-based rapper, Pheonix Phenom, and her songwriter, Manfred Mohr, without giving them the props and money they deserve.

Now, a lawsuit has been formally filed against the Black Eyed Peas, citing that the group stole material during the making of the track titled “Boom Boom Pow.”

According to court documents, the Black Eyed Peas’ first single from the group’s fifth studio album, was copied from a song called “Boom Dynamite.” Sources say “Boom Boom Pow” is strikingly similar to “Boom Dynamite.”
