Allen Iverson has bought himself some extra time to try and save his Atlanta mansion. The former NBA point/shooting guard recently defaulted on a $1.2 million mortgage. Now, the ex-baller says his estranged wife Tawanna is to blame for his mortgage mess.

Sources say Iverson filed a lawsuit against the mortgage lender to stop the home from making it to the auction block, claiming Tawanna Turner is to blame for signing up for a financial agreement mortgage which he couldn’t meet monthly.

He may have played leading CSI character Warrick Brown for nine-seasons, but that doesn’t mean the actor’s financial future doesn’t look grim. That’s because sources say 45-year-old Gary Dourdan has filed for bankruptcy.

Reports reveal Dourdan – who made his on-camera debut back in 1987, as an extra on the set of Eric B & Rakim’s “Move The Crowd” video – has racked up debt totalling over $1.73M with creditors. This while the actor is said to have just under $1.8M worth of assets.

The bank repossessed the 7,583 sq. foot property, which he bought back in 2006, because Hakeem Seriki aka Chamillionaire failed to make several payments.
