45-king-Interview-part-2

Today, The 45 King openly speaks about Jay Z and the hit single (he produced for Hova), “Hard Knock Life”. The 45 King also touches upon about the why reason (he believes) people call him Mark. In other words, those people don’t really know who 45 King really is. He tells us of his success, after putting Eminem on hold. He truly admits he holds great love and respect for Eminem, and thanks him for making the track a hit. This is a must hear interview. I advise all my readers to take a listen…you might just learn something.

In today’s episode – “45 King Takes Jay Z Mainstream”.

“WHAT HAS HIPHOP BECOME” – RAS KASS PT 3

Thursday, October 8th, 2009
Send this Story to a Friend

In the third part of HSK’s exclusive conversation with rapper Ras Kass, the lyricist uncovers the secrets behind the making of what he refers to as real albums. He also covers a spectrum of topics ranging from today’s Hip Hop fashion trends (indirectly targeting Kanye West, and how fellow rappers are following Kanye by not creating their own lane), to what he thinks are the pros and the cons of the Internet.

Ras gives it up, straight-up that he’d rather be identified as one of the players and hustlers, than to be called out as being a fag. This is a must listen, so I advise all my readers to pay close attention. Know why? Because you might just learn something.

HSK EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH THE REAL RICK ROSS, NOW A FREE MAN

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009
Send this Story to a Friend

Part 1 of 2 -For the first time since his release from the penitentiary, the REAL Rick Ross grants his first public interview to HSK. I don’t need to tell you this, but it’s a ginormous story which he shares.

During my 45-minute conversation with the legendary drug King Pin, he speaks openly about his past experiences in the drug game — racking-up $3-Million IN ONE DAY. Believe it or not, ‘Freeway Rick’ made the choice to spark his hustle for one reason, and that reason was to pay for lessons of his desired (and expensive) sport of tennis. Ross also opens the book on the CIA’s political involvement in the business of street narcotics. During his time behind bars, you’ll learn how Ross pulled off a Internet social networking site, from inside of the prison (kind of like a myspace for inmates). You’ll also hear from the horse’s mouth, how he didn’t make his ‘Match Point’ after his main drug connection was busted with 10-thousand kilos of blow, before turning into a state informant.

Send this Story to a Friend

This is pt4. of the Professor Griff series. Tonight Griff will talk about The Uncle Tom’s in the business. Listen close and you might recognize some of the names.

I would like for all of you to know that Professor Griff is not a racist. He’s just a man that loves his people. How could you be mad at that? Apparently some of the people of his race truly piss him off and Griff is a man who will not hold back on his tongue.

I must respect that. Listen up, you might learn something. I did!

PROFESSOR GRIFF SPEAKS ON BLACK CULTURE ** REVISITED **

Friday, September 18th, 2009
Send this Story to a Friend

I recently did a 30 minute interview with Professor Griff. Now I know most you don’t have the time to listen to a full 30 min interview. Most of you have much more pressing things to do right? So I decided to cut the interview up into 2 – 3 minute segments where it’s much easier for you to digest and discuss. I am doing this because I don’t want you to miss it what Griff has to say.

What Professor Griff has to say might be considered very controversial and since most all outlets have silenced or black balled him we at HSK are giving him a voice. We might not agree with everything he says and believes but we have enormous respect for the fearless speaking of his mind. Professor Griff of Public Enemy speaks, press play and you might learn something. This series will be a learning experience for everyone.
