Oprah Winfrey’s television OWN Network is struggling and guess what? Executives over at Oprah’s network believe that they can stay in the game and get more ratings if the network catered more to a black audience. Don’t believe me? Ask OWN president Erik Logan.

Rita Marley and nine of her children are suing Bob Marley’s half brother Richard Booker. Know why? Because Richard Booker has been using the families name without authorization to sell concerts, energy drinks, alcohol, poultry and fish mane.

Here’s what TMZ reported about the lawsuit:

” Booker’s been real busy — registering the trademark ”Mama Marley” to sell … among other things … fish, fish and chips, fish cakes, fish croquettes, fish fillets, fish mousse, and fish sausages.
