What’s Your Problem With Amber?

I noticed that every time we post a story about Amber Rose, it gets lots of attention. People have very strong opinions…they either hate her or love her. Some people (the haters) get upset because we, the editors of Global Grind, can’t find a lot of bad things to say about her. We leave that for sites that are less creative and less responsible.

Anyhow, when I closely examine the “Amber” phenomenon, I can’t see what she’s done to hurt the planet, the animals or the people. So sorry haters, I really can’t really find fault with her. One thing good spiritual people should be good at is practicing “non judgment.” So as long as Datwon (the COO of Global Grind) allows me to be involved and be Editorial Director of Global Grind, we are gonna try to stay positive. I’m gonna continue to see my team executing my view or if not, people here will get fired!!! But mostly they will be given another chance…but if it don’t work out… fired. Ok, back to the point. The best reason to practice disdain for something or someone is that it hurts your spirit. Maybe sometimes you don’t want those actions that are performed by another to become your own? And the best way to do that is to point fingers? I noticed that the greatest haters of gays are mostly frustrated gays themselves…or maybe in Amber’s case, the sexy girl in you wants to walk around your party in a swimsuit…but that’s a fantasy because you are way too afraid to do that. Hip-hop pioneer takes local artists to task

MUSKEGON HEIGHTS — The question: “Who is the face of hip-hop today? Whoever says ‘Jay-Z’ is an idiot,” Prof Griff of the legendary hip-hop group Public Enemy bluntly responded during a recent forum in Muskegon Heights.
Griff was addressing more than 150 people who attended the event, which was held Saturday at the Muskegon Heights Boxing Club. The program, sponsored by local radio station 103.7 The Beat, is one of a series of culturally related workshops that the station is hosting this year.

“The face of hip-hop today is white — white, corporate America,” added Griff. Griff’s lecture was titled “Black Music: The Psycho Analytical Destruction of a Stolen Legacy,” and anyone thinking they could cruise through this class was quickly put on notice by “The Professor.” ”You’re not going to agree with everything I’m going to say, I’m just going to tell you that from the beginning,” said Griff. “Those people who are going to get angry and red-faced with me, that’s fine too, because I have to move you out of your comfort zone. So it’s a pretty slow news day out there. Apparently a lot of people were upset about Miley Cyrus “dissin’ JayZ” in her new song. However that was only a demo that leaked and the “real” track will use a Kanye reference instead.

I don’t know exactly what all the fuss is about but here’s the lyrics:

” This is all so crazy, everybody seems so famous, my tummy’s turnin’ and I’m feelin’ kinda homesick,
Too much pressure and I’m nervous, Cause when the taxi man turned on the radio, And the Kanye song was on”

Whatever her intention was with this track is irrelevant and unknown. I do know a few things about Miley and Disney though!Miley is the new generation of know it all-s!

My guess is that Miley over heard her warmonger dad Billy Ray Cyrus talking smack about Jay…then she used it in the song and somewhere along the line of production on her record, it was changed to Kanye West. Continue Reading…
