Rapper Rick Ross may soon be forced to part with half of the money he’s made under his current stage name. That’s because the real Rick Ross is suing William “Rick Ross” Roberts for using his name as a rapper in the music industry.

Rick Ross is set to formally file his case against the rapper on June 14th 2010.

You may remember before we all knew William Roberts as gansta rapper “Rick Ross”, he was a correctional officer. Now, the real Rick Ross is speaking out.

It seems that one woman who allowed herself to be tape in the act of sexual activities can’t take a joke.

That’s because which was made by 50 CENT of the footage has lead to the Florida woman filing a lawsuit against the rapper.

Now, Lastonia Leviston alleges that 50 Cent unlawfully released her homemade sex clip on the internet after editing himself into the video. That’s a video in which the dude’s face was reportedly blurred out while 50 is said to have been wearing a curly wig and blue robe. HILARIOUS!

Now, the bitch is suing for unauthorized use of her name or image, and emotional distress.

This is a classic case of what a ungrateful bitch is this worthless woman Lastonia Leviston had no income she was on her ass flat broke because of her correctional officer turned rapper baby father Rick Ross didn’t give her any child support…Know why? In the second part of our exclusive interview with former Drug King Pin “Freeway Ricky,” he speaks openly how he landed his major record deal with Interscope, as well as his contract for not one, but THREE movie deals. Two of the three flicks are comedy-based, and are set to feature actor Mike Epps – the other film is to be centered around Freeway Rick’s life. Plus, dude’s even got a pair of books which are now in the works.

This guy has my ultimate respect mane! He’s a TRUE hustler. And, being the hustler he is, he calls out the Rick Ross impostor who has the audacity to steal the name of a bonafied gangsta. But, he’s not at all upset, he says he’s simply flabbergasted (as am I — aren’t you?)
