Rapper Eve Jeffers just sold her gated neighborhood house for $1.33 million… but she bought the house in 2005 for $1,775,000. She took a hit of over $400k and the house was sold in distress.

The original price she was asking for was $2.3 million but the market is so bad she had to take a $400,000 loss.

Chaka Khan signed to lease a rental mansion in New Jersey back in June and guess what? She skipped on the landlord Maryse Selit now the legendary R&B singer can be facing legal action.

“Chaka and her entourage stayed only one week, but I’m stuck for two.

A few years ago, I awoke and looked out my window over looking Hollywood Blvd to see sightseeing tour buses everywhere (an idea which was probably taken from New York City). Now, If you were to walk on Hollywood Blvd., you’d see so many teenagers walking around with their guitars (or other musical instruments) – heading to the Musicians Institute. I wonder if their teachers are telling them that the music industry has change. Of course they aren’t, these kids are paying upwards of $50, 000 for the education of something you can only really master firsthand, in-the-trenches mane.
