I guess it’s human nature to hate, but I believe it’s important to try and understand a person (even if we don’t like that person) because we all share the same space.

I don’t like Glenn Beck, but I try to understand him and where he’s coming from, and guess what? No matter what, I always end up at the same place when it comes to Glenn Beck — I think he’s an asshole. Beck recently made this statement: “Slavery was a innocent idea” I’m at a loss for words.

Okay so it just maybe that I can’t stop my hate for Glenn Beck, but I think it’s critical to stop the hate that’s fueling this latest bullying craze. That’s why many celebrities are banding together to make videos aimed at sending a message to gay youth in an effort to stop the bullying that’s causing some teens to commit suicide.

I wonder when Kanye West and Drake are going to step in. It’s disgusting to know that some teasing is pushing teens over the edge. Bullying sucks, but it will never stop — we have a police force that bullies guys like me everyday, Can the celebrities help me too? Continue Reading…

I haven’t smoked a joint since last August. I didn’t plan to quit smoking weed until my trip to Miami, last year. That’s where I smuggled an ounce with me — when it was done, I was done. Know why? Because I refused to smoke weed with seeds mane. This after I tried it and it tasted like shit. That’s when I said to myself I’d rather go without weed If I can’t have California Kush, I refused to smoke the Miami’s stress weed. When I returned to Los Angeles a month later, I noticed that I had detoxed myself from a very expensive habit. So, I wanted to challenge my will power — A year and a few months later, I’m weed-free.

It’s been six months since I’ve had a Parliament cigarette, and don’t plan to have one ever again. Since kicking nicotine, I’ve put on 30 pounds — I now weight 200 pounds. I’m in the gym four times a week, and though I use to run a mile every time I went to the gym, I have since stepped it up to two-miles because my love for food has increase and I have a fear of becoming overweight. Know why? Because he still got paid mane! I’m told he took the money he made from the ad to buy some carefree curl moisturizer and curl activator!!!

Urban Guru – It’s been four months since I’ve had a cigarette, and I feel great. Since I quit smoking, I’ve put on 15-pounds, but the weight is mostly muscle. Know why? Because I’m in the gym three to four days a week, and muscle weighs more than fat. I’m healthy and fit mane. My advice to anyone who’s about to quit smoking is join the gym!

When I smoked I never noticed how much love I have for food. Now that I’m cigarette-free, I actually plan my meals, which are mostly home-cooked ones (my fav). I try very hard to stay away from junk food at all costs.

Now that I’m without cigarettes, my sex life is better…I have a better taste for food…I no longer smell like smoke, and most of all, I feel better about myself! That’s very important.
