It’s no surprise that Brad Pitt has been smoking pot for a minute…he’s said so himself.  I guess Jennifer Aniston gave him the green light to do so and probably even joined in, but Angelina says she’s not having it (at least she’s not having it since they now have six kids).  Brad’s not lying though, he’s not smoking pot.  According to Quentin Tarantino, Pitt’s new thang is hash.

What’s more is the youngest director on the monopoly board even spilled the beans about his party antics with Angelina’s hubby.  “He (Brad) had this big brick of hash and whips out a knife, you know, like Jesse James – and cuts me off a big sliver,” said Tarantino.  “But the thing about it is, I go, ‘Do you have a pipe to go with this?’ And he just handed me a Coke can.  And I’m like I know how to do the Coke can thing.”  Brad later admitted that he got himself so high that before he knew it, he was in front of Quentin’s cameras on the set of ‘Inglorious Basterds”…it’s crystal clear what was going on behind the scenes of that flick.

If you were here in California back in 1996 and you voted on Prop. 215 (legalization of medical marijuana) you’ve had a few years to see dispensaries come and go. Some have been great, some have been bullshit. Recently there was in influx of new shops opening up due to some legal loopholes. It seemed like everyone that wanted to open a shop could and did.

Now where there used to be one of Jacky’s favorite dispensaries there was now 4. How could anyone compete? Things were looking shaky for a while but eventually the city revoked alot of the newer licenses.
After some disappointments and more searching I’m happy to report I’ve found HSK’s new favorite collective in town!

Sunset Organic is run by cool down to earth people that know their product and how to make people comfortable while they’re there. There’s no cops parked out front all the time like some places either! Know why? The guys that own it are European mane!

I’ve decided to disclose a small part of my private stash to you all…consider yourself lucky to be reading this.

O-G Concord had me experiencing such elation, that as I sat back to take a look at the sky, I actually saw what I think great masters like Salvador Dali and Leonardo DaVinci visoned before creating their masterpieces.

MEXICO CITY — Mexico decriminalized small amounts of marijuana, cocaine and heroin on Friday — a move that prosecutors say makes sense even in the midst of the government’s grueling battle against drug traffickers.
Prosecutors said the new law sets clear limits that keep Mexico’s corruption-prone police from extorting casual users and offers addicts free treatment to keep growing domestic drug use in check.
“This is not legalization, this is regulating the issue and giving citizens greater legal certainty,” said Bernardo Espino del Castillo of the attorney general’s office.

The new law sets out maximum “personal use” amounts for drugs, also including LSD and methamphetamine. People detained with those quantities no longer face criminal prosecution.

Beanie Segal got busted in New Jersey this past Sunday for possession of marijuana and guess what? If Bean’s was out here in Los Angeles he would of had his medical card…no problems!

In other words this law is so fucking stupid… How long is it going to take for other states to become like California and give a greenlight on buying and smoking marijuana? Beanie Segil was on his way to do a concert and this cop pulls him over. The cop does a full search inside the vehicle that was transporting Beanie Segil and finds a pot stash.

Despite their efforts to convince the public that they have cleaned up their act, Kate Moss and Lily Allen are clearly no stranger to false promises. While on holiday in St Tropez Lily, 24, and Kate, 35, were pictured sunbathing and sharing a rolled up cigarette that looked like a cannabis joint. The pair were seen lighting up on the yacht as they holidayed in the ritzy south of France last week. Singer Lily could be seen passing the ‘joint’ to model Kate as she lay down on the deck.

MISCHA Barton — the formerly willowy star of “The O.C.” — was taken away by police and hospitalized under California’s involuntary psychiatric-hold law just hours before she was due to fly to New York for the premiere of her movie, “Homecoming”

Police were called to Barton’s Los Angeles home at 3 p.m. Wednesday to assist her with a “medical issue,” according to “Access Hollywood.”

Cops took her to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was hospitalized under Section 5150 of the California Welfare & Institutions Code, which allows authorities to hold a person for up to 72 hours if they present a danger to themselves or to others.

Barton, 23, looked bloated and almost unrecognizable at a public appearance last week, which her reps blamed on the removal of a wisdom tooth.

The once-scary-skinny starlet was arrested for DUI and marijuana possession in LA after driving in two lanes during a break from the movie’s location work in Pittsburgh last year. She later checked into rehab.
