{Judge Kawasaki} Please proceed.

Sean (Jay Z) Carter is now on the stand. Gloria asks the rap mogul who is Rihanna Fenty to you?

Sean replies, “she’s my artist.”

Gloria asks Sean “is Rihanna a violent person?”

Sean replies, “no”.

Your honor, Mark Geragos would like to call a witness to this madness. We would like to call Jacky Jasper to the stand. Who is Jacky Jasper? Asks judge Kawasaki. Chris Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos replies, “Jacky is the Hollywood Street King”.

If I can get him to testify I will prove to this court my client Chris Brown is innocent. Judge Kawasaki asks, “What can this guy, Jacky Jasper prove, Mr Geragos?” Geragos says he will tell you the truth about these pop stars. That it’s a sickness your Honor.

Before this case is over your Honor, you will notice Chris Brown is sick just like his stepfather. We have evidence that he also abuses his mother. We have many witnesses  all willing to testify.

Your Honor she has songs about men killing themselves and she’s very promiscuous. Your Honor we believe she’s a studio whore, after you record songs with her you can have sex with her.

My client Chris Brown has been working hard while his girlfriend Rihanna was being a studio whore. Chris is young, he doesn’t know better,  he never knew she had herpes. He heard rumors but he believed it was all tabloid stuff. Until Sunday February 8th he confronted her about her studio whoring and she said “you are not a saint either Chris” and my client said, “I never gave you herpes did I? “.  Rihanna said, ” that was a long time ago it was my past”.
