Playboy Playmate Files Suit Against Girls Gone Wild Founder

HOLLYWOOD, CA–(Marketwire – September 24, 2009) – AOne Entertainment — Jayde Nicole has filed a lawsuit seeking damages from injuries received during the Hollywood nightclub melee with Joe Francis on August 28, 2009.

Former Playboy Playmate of the Year 2008, Jayde Nicole has filed a lawsuit today in Superior Court of Los Angeles seeking damages for the alleged battery she suffered during an altercation between herself and frequent troublemaker Joe Francis.

The court filing which Hollywood Street King has EXCLUSIVELY posted online claims that the physical altercation occurred at the Los Angeles nightclub Guys & Dolls. The suit claims that Jayde and boyfriend Brody Jenner confronted Francis, who they claim, was “harassing” Abbey Wilson, a former girlfriend of Francis’ and friend to Jayde and Brody. Once confronted the suit claims Francis “pulled her hair” bringing Jayde to the ground. Jayde was left with a bruised and swollen face along with several bruised ribs. Security cameras within the club captured the incident and have since been turned over to the police.

This comes on the heels of a guilty plea Francis entered yesterday in Federal Court related to tax evasion charges filed by the US Government. Today Joe Francis appeared in United States District Court in California. Federal Court Mane!!! He had a motion to postpone and you know what? It was Denied!
