Judge & D.A. Slam Pregnant Victim of Violence

A pregnant California woman at the center of a domestic violence case is being slammed by the state after refusing to testify against her alleged attacker. What is even worse, she is a pregnant while the prosecutor is a blond haired blue eyed suburban housewife in Orange County and the Judge is Caucasian. Does this matter? It just seems odd that the alleged advocate of a crime victim would want to keep fining a woman until the Court throws her in jail. There is no other case that could be found where a crime victim was repeatedly harassed by the District Attorney’s office. Even if race has nothing to do with it, these parental officials are very insensitive to a single pregnant mother who is obviously under stress and is trying to do what she believes is best for the future of her unborn child. Is the DA’s office trying to cause a miscarriage of this baby or justice?

Six-and-a-half month pregnant, Kelly Bryan will be looking at jail time if she doesn’t fork out $2,000 dollars to the court, and show-up at her charged perpetrator’s arraignment hearing. Bryan says she was exercising her 5th Amendment right, during the preliminary hearing and taking advantage of the statute. Now, she’s appealing the court’s contempt ruling against her. HSK has learned Lil Wayne is expected to enter a guilty plea tomorrow. Sources say he’s also set to strike a deal with the NYC District Attorney’s Office. Part of that deal would mean Lil Wayne would be locked-up for eight months.

If the 27-year-old rapper does not make the deal, he could potentially be looking at 15-years behind bars for both counts.

The case was sparked in NYC – back in 2007, while the Cash Money Records rapper was on tour. That’s when Lil Wayne caught a criminal weapons possession charge, as well as a criminal possession of a loaded weapon charge. This after cops allegedly uncovered a loaded .40-caliber pistol, on his tour bus.

What’s worse is that Dwayne Micheal Carter Jr. (aka Lil Wayne), is also facing felony drug and weapons charges in Yuma, Arizona. This most recent case was sparked back in January 2008, after a cops proceeded with a traffic stop of Lil Wayne’s tour bus. Arizona police raided the tour bus and found a gun…ultimately charging Carter with a firearms charge.

Carter is is set to stand trial in Arizona for this most recent case, next year.

A few days ago, the Cash Money Records CEO, Bryan “Birdman” Williams reported Lil Wayne has more money than Jay Z. I’m just wondering if this is the reasoning behind why Lil Wayne would not use that cash to win these cases. I mean, OJ did, and he beat a double homicide case – didn’t he? It’s America…the land of Capitalism…so, cash rules!!! Won’t you agree?

Here’s my advise to Lil Wayne – Call Ron Richards!!!

Cuz any real pimp would have had one of their hoes nearby to handle any bitch who was getting outta pocket, mane!!!

Video recently was made public via RadarOnline showing the attack on Jayde Nicole. While it may have been provoked by Jayde who was defending her friend from Francis’ unwanted advances, Francis who is on probation and court supervision was way OUT-OF-LINE attacking her from behind in such a violent manner. Francis clearly committed a felony which is a BIG mistake for anyone currently under the thumb of law enforcement.

Jaydes Attorney and Hollywoods #1 Problem solver Ronald Richards is quoted as saying, “If we were on another planet, where people have eyes on the back of their heads, Francis’ version of events may be believable. However, since we are on planet Earth, the tape clearly shows a defenseless woman being savagely attacked by a three-time convicted felon who is on probation in more jurisdictions than John Gotti Jr.”

Now this is a touchy subject for me to share with ya’ll. Know why? Because both of the parties involved are my friends. I’m talking about one of Tinsel Town’s top attorneys – Ron Richards, and my homey (who you all know, but I ain’t no rat…so I’ll withhold his stage name from you). So, let’s just call him ‘Cory.’

Ya’ll would probably see him as a Tommy Lee type of character. He always had the popularity and the game to get the chics to his mother’s house. Like most teen boys, ‘Cory’ was sexually active. Because he wasn’t careful, he became a statistic of teenage pregnancy. But get this…’CORY’ NEVER KNEW HE GOT THE CHIC PREGNANT…
