MALIBU, CA, Aug 07 (REUTERS) — Former NBA star Reggie Miller has recently joined a long list of professional athletes involved in harassment allegations regarding women.

HollywoodStreetKing.com has published preliminary paperwork for restraining orders against Reggie Miller in the family enclave of Malibu, California. New York native and connected socialite Alex von Furstenberg is named as the petitioner on behalf of himself and fiance Ali K (with whom the alleged harassment began).

Reggie Miller Getting Boo’ed in Malibu, No Slam Dunk Here…

Reggie Miller, former Pacer great and NBA Announcer was almost the recipient of a petition for order to stop harassment (Restraining Order) Hollywood Street King has just learned. Buss this!!

Former Pacer great and current TNT network NBA announcer Reggie Miller started up a conversation with the fiancée of Alex von Furstenberg, a Malibu resident and surf shop owner locally. Reggie waited for her to leave the local Country Mart then followed her up the PCH begging for future encounters.

I never knew Reggie Miller was a stalker – did you? Thanks to a friend over at TMZ we got our hands on the  restraining order paperwork (which was not yet filed) and a long transcript of text messages between Reggie Miller and Alex V’s fiancee (see below). Reggie wanted to keep the future meetings on the down lo to avoid Alex V. knowing about it. A review of the text messages shows Reggie relentlessly pursued Alex V’s fiancée for three months. Sources close to HSK have also had similar experiences with Reggie and his fast break antics towards woman who are either married, engaged, or have boyfriends.

This is the point in the story where Reggie should have just chalked up his efforts as a loss and moved on. Come on Reg’ – once Johnny Law gets involved things become P-U-B-L-I-C RECORD mane! Was the idea of this woman so great that it was worth your reputation?

Alex V went over to confront Reggie, who then called the police. Alex is quoted in the restraining order request saying, “He (Reggie) said he had friends with guns. He implied I would get hurt if I didn’t stop questioning him on his inappropriate pursuit of my fiancee and his attempts to subvert his efforts.”

I had the opportunity of interviewing Phil Spector before his incarceration and it was a pretty sad; know why? Phil told me to my face that he didn’t kill Lana Clarkson. Lana committed suicide according to Phil Spector and guess what? I believe him. I asked Phil, as we sat in the H.S.K. office, what had happened that night.

“We played a game and we both lost.” He never elaborated any further; he wanted to talk about music. So I asked him what was his thoughts on American Idol  and he replied that American Idol was not his cup of tea. Phil said American Idol was a complete insult to music. And I must agree; don’t you? Then we spoke about our passed mutual friend Ike Turner and he and I both shared our fun times with him.

Ike actually introduced me to Phil Spector years ago but Phil and I also ran into each other again at a sad point in both of our lives; it was at Ike’s funeral. We spoke there as well; Phil and I both have somethings in common; guess what it is?

He and I are both eccentric and we both share a deep passion and love for music. Phil was going to work on my next album but now he’s gone for 19yrs – life my friend is going to die in prison but such is life isn’t it?
