First DMX Arrest in 2010 – Getting High!!!

DMX is back behind bars after authorities say he violated his probation by using drugs.

The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons was booked into Phoenix’s downtown jail, Tuesday. He had already served about half of his 18-month probation sentence. You may remember part of that sentence included 90-days in jail, which DMX finished serving back in May.

The case dates back to August 2007. That’s when an executed raid lead Phoenix cops to uncover a dozen neglected dogs, buried dogs and weapons at the rapper’s home. DMX was charged and found guilty of cruelty to animals, theft and two drug counts.

This gives that asshole, Sheriff Joe Arpaio an open lane to give DMX the worst punishment ever. DMX should have made California his home, where dispensaries are rampant and KUSH can be smoked in the street!

The bottom line is this: DMX is not hurting anybody…he just wants to get high. He’s not hurting his dogs anymore…he’s already been punished for that.

This should serve as a lesson to you all – If you want to get high, stay the fuck out of Arizona. Don’t believe me? Ask Lil Wayne.
