Former Playboy pin-up model Heidi Montag is much more than airbrushed in her photos. Know why? Because she’s undergone just about every surgery Dr. 90210 offers.

You may have been wondering why you haven’t seen the spotlight honey in recent paparazzi photos. That’s because the reality personality has more than likely been keeping a low profile as a result of being confined to her bed while recovering from ten (count ‘em TEN) plastic surgeries.

The 23-year-old’s body altering procedures have recently been exposed. Hollywood insiders have leaked the list of surgeries Montag had done.

Montag went under the knife for: a buttock augmentation, liposuction on her waist…hips and outer and inner thighs, neck liposuction, chin reduction, a mini brow lift, a nose job revision, her ears pinned back, a breast augmentation revision, a nose job revision, fat injections in her cheeks, Botox in her brow and frown line, and nasolabial folds and lips.

Now, Montag is denying that she’s addicted to plastic surgery.

Heidi is not only addicted to plastic surgery, she’s also addicted to pain killers. A person who undergoes that much surgery needs to heavily medicated. Don’t believe me? Ask Cher, or (the other plastic woman) Demi Moore.

What kind of an example is Heidi being for the teenagers of America? This insecure bitch is good for nothing…did you see her performance at last year’s Miss Universe pageant? It was the worst!

Why is Heidi doing all this surgery? She can’t sing…or act…and she can’t dance either! I betcha she just lays there like a sheet of plastic when she’s having sex. Spencer Pratt seems to have always wanted to be like the Ken doll, with his girl like Barbie. Don’t you agree?
