HITLER’S HOME UP FOR SALE

Adolf Hitler’s family home is now on the real estate market for 2.2 million euros.
The notorious Nazi leader was born at the Austrian town of Braunau home, back in 1889.
Residents and local politicians of the area are now voicing their concerns regarding the issue at hand, fearing that far-right extremists could get their hands on the property. It’s reported that Braunau’s mayor Gerhard Skiba is looking to intervene, but council simply does not have sufficient funds for purchase of the home.
In the meantime, the building serves as a library, bank and technical institute.
I am absolutely disgusted with this. It also kills me to know that the home where Hitler was born still exists. In my opinion, it should have been destroyed a long time ago. Saddam Hussein’s home was demolished, and we dropped a bomb on Moammar Kadafi’s house. Any and all dictators who murdered people should not have a landmark to remind us of them. If we leave anything tied to these psychopaths behind, others may follow in their footsteps, thinking they too will be remembered. We should treat them all like we treated the Oklahoma City Bomber, Timothy James McVeigh, and just forget about them.
Don’t you agree?
