Hollywood Producer Tells Fishburne He’s “No Sam Jackson”

A Hollywood movie producer is probably not Laurence Fishburne’s favorite person, after the “Black Water Transit” producer said “You’re no Sam Jackson” to the “King of New York” cast member.
Apparently, a back injury forced Samuel L. Jackson to drop out of the 2009 crime flick “Black Water Transit.”
It’s not known which producer made the rude comment to Fishburne, but we can tell you the names of the six producers on the film. They are Michael Cerenzie, Christopher Eberts, Kia Jam, Robert Katz, Paul Parmar and Arnold Rifkin.
After Jackson dropped out of the film, Capitol Films was looking to scrap the movie entirely, but because they discovered they had an inferior insurance policy which didn’t cover production losses, Capitol would be ‘forced’ to recast Jackson’s role. That’s when they hired Fishburne. Capitol later decided to kill the “Black Water Transit” project.
According to Capitol Films, they’ve lost about $20 million dollars over the now dead project.
Since the “Matrix,” Laurence Fisburne seems to have lost box office steam. Now, you can catch Laurence on television. More particularly, “CSI.” How can you compare Laurence Fishburne to Samuel L. Jackson? What were these six movie producers smoking? I think Laurence should stay on television with his boring ass, and do another “Pee Wee” reunion…
Don’t you agree?

Yes bring back Pee Wee! We’ve had enough time to heal and forgive him his movie theater indiscretions.
