He dwarfs his Harley Davidson police issue, makes it look like a little toy….. he treats every little infraction like it was a bank robbery. jay walking, boomin’ system, doesn’t matter cause this dudes giving no passes… He gives more tickets than Vinnie’s got vixens mane!! So when near or on Hollywood blvd. watch out for BIG BLACK MOTORCYCLE COP, he’s trying to fuck your day up!!
