A one time contestant of “I Love New York 2″, who was dismissed from the reality show for fighting, has been convicted of first degree murder.
Now, 29 year-old Jamal Rashead Trulove (also known as “Milliown”) is looking at spending the rest of his life behind bars.
You may remember “Milliown” from the VH1 reality segment, which aired between October and December of 2007. In reality, the show was filmed in Los Angeles, and wrapped in July of 2007. That’s just three weeks before “Miliown” fatally shot 28-year-old Seu Kuka, in a San Francisco project.
Trulove was arrested in back in October 2008, on a $5 million warrant in connection to the murder of Kuka.
The once aspiring rapper was found guilty today. A sentencing hearing is set for March 19th.
VH1 reality shows are no stranger to murder. You may also remember “Megan Wants to Be a Millionaire” contestant, Ryan Jenkins, took his own life after allegedly brutally murdering his girlfriend, Playboy model, Jasmine Fiore. Fiore’s body was found dismembered in a dumpster. Then, there’s “From G’s to Gents”, Markice Anthony Moore, who was arrested earlier this year for brutally beating his infant daughter. The scary thing is, all of the reality programs we’re talking about here, are produced by the company, 51 Minds.
Here In California, we have the three strike law. And, I believe the murder that Jamal Raashead committed would count as strike number three for 51 Minds. I mean, are they breeding murders over there? What’s next…one of Ray J’s girls killing another contestant for winning his love? The production company, 51 Minds, are nothing more than a bunch of scumbags who only care about ratings. Not only do they cast murderers, but they’ve also single handedly ruined television programming. Don’t you agree?
