George and Barry are your typical California progressive gay couple. They bought a home in southern California back during the boom. They couldn’t afford it back then, but the banks were giving out money with little or no deposit. So George and Barry borrowed money from friends and family and they bought a new home.

Georges mother lives with them, they decide they can charge her money to rent one of the rooms and subsidize some of their costs. George and Barry don’t work all that much. George spends a lot of time in chat rooms and Barry does some internet work for various clients… His work is below par so they are usually one off jobs. With the recent severe downturn of the economy and real estate market they are completely broke and behind many mortgage payments. The banks and various collection agents call daily, to the point George and Barry don’t even answer the phone anymore. Screening all calls that come in.

In the driveway of their home there’s a Expedition and a Cadillac truck. They have three different types of dirt bikes in the garage and a pool they never have even been in. This couple lives beyond their wages ask the pool cleaner and the landscaping service. Both haven’t been paid in months. George has been borrowing money from the left,right and center just to pay the cable and put food on the table.

There are many people facing this same situation right here in California. What are George and Barry to do?

Well one day George’s friend Katie was bragging about a gentlemen whom she met at Ralphs supermarket. Katie bragged to George about this man that she just met. Katie even compared his looks to a movie star and she said his charisma had her in total bliss… by the way she told George that his name is James Morrison and he’s a Super Real Estate Agent from Beverly Hills.

James specializes in Short Sales on foreclosed properties.. Katie told George that Morrison was an expert and getting homeowners out of a property with little or no expense, and sparing the owners negative reflections with their credit or references. After all it is a serious problem in the country right now and even the President is making way for banks to compromise on loans and payment options. Most people are not aware of this and it takes a specialized agent to properly work it out.

Katie gave George James’ card of Keller Williams Real Estate Agency in Beverly Hills. That sounded professional George thought to himself. Not that George was a smart man but this time he was right.

Katie told George this guy can help you… Know why? Cuz James Morrison is a super real estate agent mane….

George rushed home to tell Barry the good news. That he might have found the answer to their prayers… Their home is in foreclosure isn’ it? George had to use the house landline to call Mr. Morrison. Know why? At&t cut his cellphone mane…

George left a message with James’ secretary and right away James called him back. George explained to James his foreclosure and problems with the mortgage company. This was nothing new to the super agent, he’s heard it all before. Upon James’ arrival to George and Barry’s home he noticed the family pet was a pitbull… The dog was under weight, her name Sara. James also noticed the house had outdated furniture. Maybe that’s why he never sat down…

Barry offered him a drink and the super agent refused, he was there to sell their home and nothing else mattered… James asked ” What’s that disturbing odor?” He noticed the next door neighbors had horses and the scent of these barn animals waste was permeating the living room. James was facing a task but he’s a super agent. He can fix anything when it comes to real estate. Just ask Ed McMahon…
