Joe Francis Smacked Down by Super Attorney Ronald Richards

Hollywood douchebag Joe Francis famous from his financially brilliant if not socially troubling series “Girls Gone Wild” has been dealt several legal uppercuts today in his defense of cases on several fronts. Today Joe Francis appeared in United States District Court in California. Federal Court Mane!!! He had a motion to postpone and you know what? It was Denied!

Joey is facing tax evasion charges. This is serious shit… To quote the indictment in exact terms;

II. THE INDICTMENT

The defendant, Joseph R. Francis, is charged with two counts of violating 26 U.S.C. 7201 (tax evasion) for tax years 2002 and 2003. The indictment alleges that the defendant attempted to evade the assessment of over $6 million in individual income tax by, among other acts, filing false and fraudulent personal and corporate income tax returns for 2002 and 2003

The IRS took down Capone, Joey doesn’t stand a chance. I am sure there are a lot of fathers, brothers, and boyfriends looking to share a bunk with Joey, but remember it won’t be the first time he’s been sodomized.

To make matters worse for Joey he was served the paperwork by his long time adversary Attorney Ronald Richards personally! No one can dodge Ron; know why? ‘Cuz he’s Beverly Hill’s #1 attorney. Why do you think me and ‘Lil Wayne have him on retainer?

Ronald has already served Joe up in previous legal matters and I’m sure little Joey isn’t happy about stepping in front of that “missile” again…wouldn’t you agree?

Additionally another case was filed against him, again for financial collections from when his antics during deposition in Florida caused unnecessary delay.
