JOE JACKSON TAKES ACTION AGAINST MJ’S WILL EXECUTORS

The King of Pop’s dad has filed legal documents claiming Micheal Jackson never signed his will, and that the executors of the will committed fraud.

Apparently, Michael Jackson’s last will and testament indicates that MJ signed the document in Los Angeles, while MJ is said to have been witnessed to sign his will in New York City. A clerical mistake is said to be blamed for the conflicting reports.

Now, Joe Jackson is speaking out against the executors of his son’s will, John Branca and John McClain…pointing to the pair as fraudulent administrators.

What’s worse is that Joe Jackson is also pointing at John Branca and Tommy Mattola as being responsible for “illegally funneling Michael Jackson’s money to off-shore accounts in the Caribbean.”

John Branca upheld an off and on relationship with Michael Jackson spanning almost three decades. He was fired from acting attorney to the King of Pop in 1990, before he protested the decision, citing his replacement, Alvin Malnik as using, “Jackson’s financial resources and cash business to facilitate Malnik’s comprehensive money laundering activities.”

Micheal Jackson re-hired John Branca eight days before the singer died. Here’s where I come in and speak my peace by saying Michael wasn’t feeling his dad Joe or Tommy Mattola and I don’t trust any lawyer — unless it’s Ron Richards. It appears to me that everybody at the table is out for Michael’s gwop, and we all know it so it’s a hard one to call.Don’t you agree?
