Kanye West Wants To Be White?

Kanye West is on the cover of Complex Magazine. Inside the magazine Kanye does a interview with designer Mark Ecko.
Before I get to the juicy stuff I’ll like to talk about the interview. It was boring so don’t read it unless you wanna hear about Kanye’s childhood.
Kanye admitted he cried when his daddy didn’t give him money to get his haircut… poor baby!!! He also admitted he wore polka dot shirts and he had a pair of Mc Hammer pants.
So if am correct Kanye is saying he was a fan of rapper now turn producer Kwame?
If you don’t know who Kwame is you are lucky. Know why? Because he’s gay ( no pun intended ) didn’t Biggie dissed Kwame?
Then if Kanye had Hammer pants it’s fair to say he was a fan on Mc Hammer and there’s nothing wrong with that but isn’t Kanye the one who will complain if something is wrong? Isn’t he known for that? Well why didn’t he complain about his face being white with blue eyes on the cover of Complex Magazine?
Complex Magazine calls him the voice of the new generation and they turned a blackman white with blue eyes even! Kanye is cool with that?
Does Kanye West wanna be white? Doesn’t he act white? Here’s a secret white people think so that’s why they placed Kanye on the magazine cover as a white man. Doesn’t Kanye dress and dance like a white person? Most black people think so.
Why did Kanye allow this magazine to portray him as a white person? Is Kanye a sell-out? I don’t know nor do I care but you gotta admit these are things that make you go mmmh!!!

Ok you haven’t really read the article. But you looked at the picture? Good job. Most people would consider this picture of Kanye to be art. Changing the color of the picture and spicying it up, is more creative then taking a simple upclose picture of Kanye’s face. Also they did not color him white. He appears to be more of a silver, better yet ash color. Like in the old movie “Volcano” after the volcano errupted, everyone was covered in ash. Hence everyone was the same color. For a moment black, white, and brown did not exist. There was only one race. The blue eyes give him a hallowed or god like persona. Like the mythical greek gods. If Kanye had black eyes in this picture, he would look too menancing and brown eyes won’t blend. Thus blue is the perfect contrast. If you’re gonna hate on him. Hate on him for being obnoxious. He’s trying to portray himself as a GOD. lol

I think the commentator missed the whole point of the photo. The first thing the caption said was “beyond human.” They intended to portray him as a machine. Machines don’t exude race in the first place. If you have some type of hatred towards Mr. West for his clothing, then I have to tell you, your argument makes you look simple. His clothing is completely subjective, and we are ALL entitled to wear what we want. The fact that you have some standard in your head about what we should wear as Black people makes you seem limited. Black people are all over the globe wearing all types of clothing. Expand your horizons, and you won’t have that much time to hate on Kanye.

Kanye wanted to be the spokesman for black people in Katrina. He talked a good game.Hey I love whit folk I admire thier accomplishments given they had a 400 plus year head start on blacks> slavery, guns etc. but he should know we were going to not look at it that way. Real niccas don’t play that. Yea you can be who you want to be but you still represent the most dispised opressed and humiliated and hated on 13% of peoples in this country . His money don’t change that as he will one day see . What ever happened to Jesus walks? Kanye don’t let the devil twist you up like that . and no I’m not talking about white folks , cuz the devil uses all colors for his agenda.

this has to be the whackest article ever. as the previous comment said, the subtitle is “beyond human”. if you look into his eyes, they appear to be robotic. You said it was a waste of time to read the article in the magazine but it seems like the point of reading this article was likewise…smh

oh come on Jacky it’s pretty obvious that the image is meant to tie into the titular concept of Beyond Human and not to make him look caucasian. I mean i’m pretty fucking white, but if I was that colour I’d go to the hospital.
