Who do you think got rid of Letoya Luckett, Farrah Franklin and the ugly one La Tavia the old members of Destiny’s Child? Matthew. He replaced 3 chics in a single heartbeat for a non-talented chic name Michelle Williams and it worked.

This guy Matthew is a complete genius. Matthew tried working with male talent acts like Mario but it didn’t work. Seems like he only has success with female talent and there’s nothing wrong with that.
