According to convicted murderer Dexter Issac, who’s currently serving a life sentence for an unrelated crime, Jimmy Henchman paid him $2,500 to shoot Tupac at New York City’s Quad Recording Studios – and he says, Puffy was in on the plan.

According to sources, Dave Chapelle is planning a new TV show with a paid subscription service such as Netflix or Hulu. Both subscription services are now competing in the original programming market.
“Dave Chappelle’s going back to TV,” said the insider. “It’s not for a network. It’s for Netflix or Crackle or some other subscription service.”
