04/18/2011 – The preliminary hearing for Murderer Paul Allee was scheduled for this morning. HSK was in attendance.
Paul entered the court room (where the criminals are kept in a cage) looking like a homeless person, full ratty grey beard and looking like a broken man. It would seem to us that his reality has finally set in.
It was revealed Paul is now being held in the mental unit of the county jail, and from the looks of his hygiene, not allowed to shave for fear he might kill himself.
Paul’s lawyer requested a reduction of bond based on Paul having no previous criminal record, and buss this, because Paul is a well known upstanding person with-in his community. Clearly this is not true as the only people in the courtroom for Paul were HSK and we certainly would never attest to Paul’s status as upstanding. His community is behind bars, where we hope the Hispanic community will serve some sort of jail house justice for the murder of Enedine.
His lawyers nor himself when asked if he had anything to add offered any evidence or statements that someone else may have committed this horrendous crime.
The judge refused the bail reduction and when Paul was asked if he understood, his reply was, “not really”.
The district attorney also discussed newly discovered DNA evidence that connects Paul to the murder weapon, which was the gun owned by Paul, a 357 six-shot revolver.
Preliminary hearing was rescheduled for a later date.

03/14/2011 – Pretrial hearing was set for April 18, 2011 with final discovery status report set for 8am on April 6, 2011. Paul looked dazed, as if he was starting to realize the consequences of his actions.

02/24/2011 - HSK had a representative present in court today during proceedings related to the case against the murderer Paul Allee. During the appearance Paul was seen to be carrying his paperwork and communicating with his stand-in lawyer in a very animated and defiant manner.
When the State Prosecutor made a motion to the Judge ordering Paul the murderer to submit his saliva for testing. Paul the murderer shrugged and responded that he, “had already submitted his saliva at time of arrest”, and therefore would refuse now. With-out being swayed by that argument the Judge ordered that he be forced to submit.
Further proceeding were set for early March will lawyers continue discovery process.
It seems this MURDERER plans to or even thinks he can win the case against him. If ever I was to support the death penalty, it would be for Paul Allee!

01/26/2011 – Paul Allee was arraigned today on charges of Murder plus special allegations for which he faces a life in prison. He plead not guilty and preliminary hearing was set for February.

01/09/2011 – It was actually six shots that killed Enedine. All to her back has she walked to our apartment. I don’t believe she was running in fear rather coming for retreat, phone in hand to call for us to let her in, she didn’t even know that monster was aiming to kill her. This is so sad!
He then returned to his apartment and got on the computer. He has been completely non responsive with police. He sits cockily in his cell showing not a drop of REMORSE!
We all here at HSK have the most immense sympathy for all of Enedine’s family and friends even with the family of MURDERER Paul Allee who I’m afraid will never find peace. There is no justice for the Allee family ever.

01/07/2011 - Murderer, Paul Allee will be arraigned on felony murder charges at 8:30am the morning of January 26th, 2011 @ The Los Angeles Municipal Courthouse (210 W. Temple Street, Los Angeles) in Division 30.

01/06/2011 – Prosecutors charged Paul with murder Thursday in connection with the slaying of Enedine at their apartment in the early hours of January 4, 2011.
Paul Matthew Allee, who is being held in lieu of $2 million bail, is scheduled to make his first court appearance Thursday at the downtown Criminal Courts Building.
He is expected to plead not guilty to one count of murder with the special allegation that he personally and intentionally discharged a firearm causing great bodily injury and death to the victim. He faces life in prison.

01/04/2011 – Still without sleep, people around here having a hard time coming to terms with what has happened in the last 24 hours. As I reflect it becomes all that more vivid.
Two detectives were taking cover in my girlfriends hallway as LAPD kicked open Paul’s door to see if he was a victim or a suspect….but my gut told me he was a suspect. Enedine had already been identified by her cell phone which I called at the officers request. As I called I could hear Enedine’s cellphone ring just outside our door.
Paul and Enedine were to meet with another friend at 7:00 that morning. There was absolutely NO signs to me that something like this could ever have happened. Some things of slight concern or annoyance but not something that could explode so violently between a couple everyone had no reason to think was less than in-love.
They were both under great stress this last year. They had become engaged earlier this year. We were the first they told. Paul is in the financial industry with included stress, but Enedine was a free spirit with a beautiful soul.
Will never return to that building again, the energy is all BAD!

HSK Exclusive - Paul Allee is holed up at the Hollywood Hudson apartments on Hollywood Blvd.
Here I am at my girlfriend’s place in Hollywood, relaxing in the backroom at about 2:30 am. That’s about the time I heard what sounded like four gunshots in rapid succession. It was so loud that it sounded like the gun was being fired inside my girlfriend’s apartment. So I got up and walked down the hallway of the apartment to check. I took a look and went back to the bedroom. I looked out the bedroom window and saw fire and medic trucks surrounded by news photographers. About ten minutes later I heard the cops in the hallways…turning door knobs and knocking on doors. That’s when I overheard an officer saying it was a “blonde woman right”
I immediately thought it was my girlfriend’s next door neighbor they were talking about. I knew her well. Her name was Enedine. We spent Thanksgiving dinner together. CNN reported her age as 25, but she told us she was 33. Enedine was a friend to both my girlfriend and I.
Enedine’s fiance Paul Allee is the person who shot her…in cold blood…multiple times in her back…one bullet ended up the wall of my girlfriend’s bathroom.
I told my girl that death had just passed us by because Enedine was running to my girl’s apartment for help from her deranged fiance, and if Enedine actually made it to my girlfriend’s door she would of have opened the door and Paul the killer would have probably fired shots into my girlfriend’s apartment.
Now, my girlfriend’s building is evacuated by SWAT and the cops are making everyone in the building leave with what ever clothes we are wearing. Guess what? My keys are on my girlfriend’s dresser and I had to jump out of the fire escape. Now I’m in the cold with my sweats on while everything else I have is in my girl’s apartment — I’m now at a nearby Starbucks writing you the story.
Paul told me recently, “This year I’m not taking any shit.”
This is a guy who appeared harmless, so I didn’t take him serious — but he is obviously crazy. Only a sick man would shoot his girl in the back multiple times and goes back into his apartment. He didn’t even try to escape, instead he held himself hostage being non-responsive with LAPD and SWAT untill they finally moved in taking him out by force.
I truly feel very sad for Enedine and her family. Paul is punk who didn’t even committed suicide, he wanted attention by having a stand-off with cops who only wanted him to surrender. Paul Allee is not only a stock market trader, but now he’s also a murderer too.

Weirder yet is that HSK recently optioned a screenplay written by Paul Allee titled: “Cold Calling”

Hudson apartments property management was unable to draw diagram of apartment for Swat officers. Another resident familiar with the layout had to draw it.

Questions are being raised in regards the how the apartment building where all this happened had been managed over the last few years. There are accounts of sexual assault near the property, attempted robberies, and only back in September of 2010 a resident was attacked in the parking lot and had to seek restraining order and police assistance. That person was arrested and released. Management at the time CIM seemingly allowed the person to return to the building not bothered by their previous attacks on tenants. Security cameras were broken and failed to capture the assault. Fortunately for that attack the cameras were subsequently repaired and to our knowledge operating properly so as to have captured the fact that no “unknown” intruders entered or left the building around the time of Enedine’s murder.
Reports to management over the last 12 months also include various issues with threats and harassment against tenants and visitors. Including numerous from both the Enedine and Paul.
This appears to me as a chronic breakdown of management that has gradually failed over and over until the most tragic of tragedies happened right under there noses. I have not spoken to one person in the building that plans to stay. Many have left already. It’s a very sad time for many.

You never really know what goes on in a person’s mind, I knew a dude back in the days that came off as cool dude, that just liked to crack jokes, until 1 day I see the Daily News and on the cover was the dude, turned out dude and his brother were freakin serial killers! Sick world. Sorry about Enedine, but thank God that death passed you and your girl by, man. This is why eternal things are so important, cuz tomorrow is not promised.

I live in the building too, Ive had to report him to the police in the past because she was found beat up and completely out of it in the hallway just 3 months earlier. Sad that he had to take it this far. RIP Enedine.

I am soo sad this has happend. I can’t stop thinking about her. Enedine was a smart, beautiful person. I used to work with her. I even met Paul several times and they appeared happy.
For those that lived in the building what was their relationship like. I can’t imagine Enedine putting up with abuse? I mean, she was such a strong woman and very intelligent from my memory. Was Paul taking drugs? What makes a man kill his beautiful girlfriend without her even trying to defend herself.

I grew up with Enedine, this is such a very sad and terrible thing. Enedine was 33, and always had a style of her own. I close my eyes and I picture the beautiful 13 year old girl who befriended me when we were both new to the jr high school. Though the years we grew apart and lost touch. I never knew if I ever crossed her mind, but she often would come into my mind and I would think…”I wonder what she is doing now” Domestic violence is a real problem, In her beauty she never deserved to get hit once, much less enough for someone to noticed she was covered up all the time…..please don’t be silenced by the fear of over stepping bounderies, her life could have been saved had someone spoke up.

Paul is crazy period. Enedine wore reveling sexy clothes all the time, it was a loving relationship. She didn’t tolerate abuse and was a very strong woman. Unfortunately they owned guns and when someone crosses over to insanity the last thing you want them to posses is a gun.

dude, accept the fact and advise your brother to show remorse and not drag this through a lengthy trial process where any defamation to enedines character could even be considered.
Yes Paul shot enedine in the hallway and then returned to his apartment. He did not call out for help, he did not yell police or intruder, he returned to his apartment and left enedine dying in the hall to be discovered by firemen and paramedics about 20 minutes later.
Advise Paul to plead guilty and beg her families and friends forgiveness.
You and the rest of the Allee family have everyone’s sympathy and prayers as well but not at the expense of an expectation that paul deserves consideration from anyone for a drop of remorse or understanding.
Only he and yourself (family) can control how this plays out now. The damage has been done and its effects still just being comprehended by many.

I knew Enedine we grew up in the same town…our grandparents live right across the street from one another…I was so saddened when her Grandma called me this morning..All I can say is I hope he rots in Prison for what he did..He could’nt even look her in the face..He killed her in Cold Blood..Enedine accomplished so much coming from a small town..She was a beautiful woman if you were able to get to know her..May she shine above us like she did her on earth..

I was a friend and a co-worker of Enedine and she was a very kind, incredibly smart,talented, and beautiful person who had a true sense of who she was. She was a good listener and she loved to laugh and always made those around her laugh. My prayers go out to her parents, her son, and the rest of her family and friends. You should be very proud of her. I am sorry. I do not know how someone can do such a horrible thing to another human being. I’m very saddened by this, as well as, so many of you must be. Enedine is my cousin. I met her fiancé Paul in March of 2010. It’d been a number if years since I’d seen her, but even with her bleach blond hair, I could recognize her pretty face. She looks so much like her mom. I remember hanging with her at Santa Monica pier, with her family, basking in the sun. It was amazing and I’m so glad I was able to see her before this horrific event. Love you cousin. I know your sisters and family love you so much.

I am Enedine’s uncle.
The hurt that we feel is unimanagable. Today we sit and review pictures of Enedine as a child and growing up and the crazy things she did. She was a free spirit and much loved. She has given us many memories.
We feel so much anger and hurt and as the days pass, not knowing what led to this and what exactly happened that dreadful morning.
I pray that God gives her family strength to go through this.

It seem’s to me as if Paul and Enedine had more problems other than tenancy. For him to turn on her with vengeance and shoot her to her death tells me that the issues between them stemmed further than tenant issues. Deep issues were in that relationship. You don’t kill someone because your stressed about outside issues like tenant problems.

I’m Enedine’s cousin and I find it hard to believe that she would let any man lay hands on her.. Anyone who ever know her, knows that she didn’t take any shit from anyone… And it angers me to know end some of the comments that I have read.. After hearing about the horrible crime he committed, it’s easy to think of Paul as a monster. But I knew him back in college when he was just a nice guy with lots of bright dreams for the future, just like the rest of us. I am disgusted that the management company has taken these posts down from the community area because they don’t want others to know that this happened in the building. Someone should let the police know. Not only are they heartless but they are obstructing possible police assistance with this tragedy!

Vinnie, paul will face the maker for what he has done. It is not healthy for you to have that anger, killing paul or wishing you could kill him will just cause you more pain over time. I dont have the answer for the way to best deal with this pain, but I hope/pray you seek and find a constructive way.
We also cared about and loved your mother very much and will see paul gets everything that is coming to him!
