California’s prison liaison to the press said “It’s ridiculous! Because Spector is not the same prison!” Phil is currently being held in the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility which is TWO MILES AWAY from the Corcoran State Prison that Charles Manson and Sirhan are being held.
