I can understand, and partake, in your disgust in the entire debacle, but before…’condemnation’ you must be certain, no?

But Jacky, isn't it safe to assume that the courts have investigators who CAN subpoena hotel, phone, and credit card records? What I'm trying to say is that I'm sure the court(s) are taking a long and serious look at the month's, so ordered, separation, to see if there has been ANY violation, so come tomorrow Wed,August 5th, well be telling, now won't it?
So till then, we, ALL OF US, should reserve characterization as to young Mr.Brown's "judgment and reason(ing)"!!!! And if that, now enforced "keep away order" IS lifted, then we can safely assume that he DID adhere to said, and his noncompliance as just Internet Blog RUMOR and SPECULATION, meant to drum up hits for web sites, right? Of course I'm right!!!! So again, I'll invite you to restrain judgment but till tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5th!
I'll be as bold and…'forward' as to speak for YOU Jacky Jasper, and say that you've now, till tomorrow's court date, will continue your Chris Brown support!!! And what a fine and 'well crafted' position is it, I must add!!
Jacky, you're NOT being totally fair, now are you? No, you're NOT, Mr. Jasper; for you AND young Mr. Brown have endured and survived childhood trauma! You with that horrid woman, who took advantage of you, as a youngster, as you mowed her lawn and did her landscaping; CBreezy's trauma, at the hands of Tina Davis!
No doubt, THAT incident of abuse did shape YOU into young adulthood: you DID have a substance…'issue' and YOU were a sex addict!! Your decisions made during said…'malaise', probably weren't, to be kind, your "wisest!"
I can't say if YOU had a mentor to guide you through the "shadows of uncertainty" that you must have surely encountered. Maybe, it was the 'wisdom of the streets':it's deified hand that guided you to safely navigate said treacherous waters to bring you to us via this electronic medium; alas, now wisdom you impart and we do 'recognize' and acknowledge said blessings!
So now, I close, this most thoughtfully crafted treatise, on your unduly harsh and premature dismissal of Chris Brown from your support, countenance AND good graces. My argument(s) are sound, cogent, factual, and compelling. I await your formal readmittance, into said graces of/for Christopher Maurice Brown!!

I still have YET to see my post! In any case, I’m deeply distressed by your now dismissal of Chris Brown from your support!
For whatever reason, my post was deleted, never-the-less,
I’ll reiterate my concerns:
1.) Jacky has now characterized Chris Brown as a “PUNK!” <<>>> If this rumor has any truth to it guess who’s going to jail? Chris Brown…<<<—Jacky, need YOU need reminding, IT'S A RUMOR!!!!
Are we all now to base any and all reason on RUMOR and speculation?
I cannot tell you just how disgusted I am at this moment!
Jacky, was it NOT you who was sexually abused by the woman, who you, as a youngster, did landscaping for? Sure you were, YOU said so! Did that sad, tragic, and traumatic event not 'shape' your psyche for years into maturation? <<<—-SURE IT DID!!

You see, Oprah ran afoul of white female feminists due to her support of the Obama presidential candidacy; her support of him and NOT Hillary Clinton left white female feminists…displeased!
Her, now relentless and furious condemnation of CBrown, has put her again in 'good stead' with said white feminists.
"Chris Brown" is about Isiah Washington who made an 'off handed' comment and who's career is now damaged beyond repair. He was made to publicly apologize, he was then made to undertake "sensitivity training," all in the promise of regaining his role on a Television series, after he completed said training, he was FIRED!
"Chris Brown" is about Micheal Vick to the obvious: you can kill, rape and maim, but a dogs life, in certain quarters is more valued than a that of urban youth who suffer said afflictions!
Jacky, I URGE you to reconsider your…."rush to judgment" regarding your now dismissal of Chris Brown I'd expect as much from Perez Hilton and TMZ, but NOT you Sir, NOT YOU!!
Jacky, I'll entertain your postulations and reduce them to this: No doubt the courts AND the LA DA's office is paying close attention to Mr. Brown. So, come tomorrow, the next court appearance where he'll be formally sentenced, if he DID, in fact, violate that no-contact order, then he'll be certainly remanded to custody! I'm sure, by now, the DA's office now has his complete Phone and Credit Card records for the past month- since the order was given.
So IF the no-contact order IS removed then wouldn't it be safe to say that YES, he DID COMPLY with said order? Of course it would!
Why? Because, as I've stated, we are all sure that this, most public of incidents is being closely monitored by the Courts AND LA DA's office!
I'll now retreat to the ether that is cyberspace, but rest assured, I WILL be returning to see YOUR PUBLIC re-admittance of Chris Brown to your grace and support!

Jacky is out taking meetings today – lots of big things going down this week! (All good I assure you). I spoke with him briefly a minute ago and here is a paraphrase of his words in response:
Certainly you make valid points about Chris Brown being “bigger than Chris Brown” however HSK takes the stance that IF Chris puts that pussy before what’s really important in his life, THEN he’s a “lost cause’ of sorts.
For any of our support to matter, he must want to help himself.
HSK still certainly backs most of your points in the bigger sphere including Oprah etc etc. But sir, if I may ask – how far will your Chris support go? If he gave up the business to be a “stay at home Dad” for Rihanna’s future children would you still be so steadfast in supporting the man?
We would not sir. That’s all we’re trying to say. We welcome Chris Brown to surprise the office, go on Larry King and not be a bitch – however I wouldn’t bet my new Les Paul on it!

My point is this: Jacky’s dismissal of Chris Brown is based on RUMOR!! Why not wait till today, as it is Wednesday, August 5th, 2009 @1:58 a.m. EST! See if the judge remands Breezy to custody, if not, then he didn’t violate the order for “mere pussy”, now did he? As I’ve said, I’m sure the courts are paying close attention and have will know if he did, in fact, violate said no-contact order!

Your question in the third paragraph is belittling,if not condescending; to answer your query: do you base your actions, as to who you’ll support based on a RUMOR? You’ve read lengthy posts and taken NOTHING that was intended into consideration!
Oh, btw, it was rumored that Les Paul did, in fact, put his guitar down for a short time after going to see Jimi Hendrix play!! And yes, I’d respect Breezy’s decision. But again, I must stated, you’re condescending sir! If I’d want to be treated as such, I’d have stayed over at necolebitche!!!
