Today HSK has exclusively obtained and published court documents from the recent SLAPP MOTION hearing in the Jayde Nicole vs. Joe Francis cross-complaint.
Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild lost his cross-complaint against Jayde Nicole today. Judge Mark V. Mooney of the Los Angeles Superior Court dismissed his complaint against Jayde Nicole for libel, slander, and false light. The Court found that Joe Francis was a public figure and that Ms. Nicole’s comments to the media were protected speech relating to the topic of Mr. Francis objectifying and exploiting young women.
Since Mr. Francis failed to meet his burden of proof that the statements were made with actual malice, the Court dismissed the case finding no actual malice had been proven by Mr. Francis. (more…)
Playboy playmate attempting to get defamation allegations thrown out
Dueling litigation between Joe Francis and a Playboy model could be pared if the woman’s lawyers are successful in persuading a judge to throw out the “Girls Gone Wild” founder’s defamation allegations against her on Thursday.
Jayde Nicole, the 2008 Playmate of the Year, sued Francis on Sept. 24 for assault and battery in connection with a scuffle that she, her boyfriend Brody Jenner and Francis got into Aug. 28 at Los Angeles nightclub Guys and Dolls.
The 23-year-old centerfold alleges that Francis caused her multiple injuries, including a “black eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair and utter emotional distress and humiliation.”
Francis filed a countersuit against Nicole and Jenner on Oct. 23, alleging battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel and invasion of privacy.
The countersuit maintains Nicole slandered Francis when she spoke on video after the incident to a member of a celebrity Web site and said the videomaker “… grabbed my hair and he punched me in the face … he pushed me to the ground … he kicked me in my stomach and my chest … and [her neck].” (more…)
A Georgia judge has issued a pair of arrest warrants for comedian Katt Williams after an audio recording said to support allegations that he punched a man in the face, causes the case to resurface.
You may remember the incident happened back in November at Atlanta’s Four Seasons Hotel. That’s where the alleged victim, Merion Powers says he was meeting with Williams to discuss a debt he had with the comedian. Powers claims to have began recording what transpired at that meeting, after sensing it wasn’t going smoothly – by using his cell phone’s recording feature. (more…)

Jacky Jasper had the EXCLUSIVE opportunity to speak with Chris Hines who was the victim of the viscous attack by Lloyd Banks and crew. For legal reasons Chis is not able to reveal much of the encounter but what he does reveal is quite explosive.
According to Mr. Hines, who has a history of working with Lloyd Banks and other G Unit artists as a booking agent, he was held against his will for over 20 minutes and pummeled on by the Lloyd and the other three attackers.
Rapper Lloyd Banks and three associates were arrested in Ontario, Canada this weekend for assaulting a promoter, HolywoodStreetKing.com has confirmed.
Banks, born Christopher Charles Lloyd and the three other men were arrested for allegedly assaulting promoter Chris Hines of Chris Hines/Ultimate Entertainment.
The G-Unit rapper was allegedly booked at Club N.V. in Ontario, Canada to perform select cuts from his catalog. Banks was allegedly late to the venue and only performed one song and walked off the stage, further inciting an already agitated crowd. (more…)
Brad Ferro, the Queens High School gym teacher should be LOCKED UP! This guy is a sociopath with complete disregard to women. HSK is more offended by this guy than by MTV who is shilling this extremely violent clip as a marketing attempt to bring in more eyes.
Our opinion of Jersey Shore is that the joke is on the cast. They are clearly not representative of Italian’s. If they were dropped off in Rome they would be like fish out of water. They are tacky new yorkers lacking any type of class. They have as much in common with Guido Leone as my dog Bella.
Paris Hilton’s Los Angeles home was buzzing with police activity early this morning, but the hotel heiress says she has nothing to do with it.
“Doug and I were in bed, sound asleep, when Doug’s house guests from hell got into an argument. We had nothing to do with it,” stated Paris. “Doug told the LAPD that his guests’ fight was over and that we had nothing to do with it.”
One neighboring resident reports that they spotted Paris yelling at Doug Reinhardt, while the pair became engaged in a shoving match. Plus, the LAPD reports that after they arrived at Hilton’s home, they asked her to get out of bed to allow them to check her for injuries. (more…)

Wrigleys severed ties with Brown, by pulling back on the deal, after he caught his infamous case of assault on his ex-girlfriend, Rhianna.
I say this is def going to hurt Chris…Know why? Because ya better believe that ‘Wrigleys Doublemint Gum’ will be looking to have each and every dollar of the now cease-and-desist contract reimbursed! According to sources and court filings (attached below) Joe Francis will find himself answering these allegations in a court of law. Against none other than his long time legal adversary and Hollywood’s #1 problem solver, Attorney Ronald Richards.
