Came across an article today written by my bretheren Gyant over at Gyantunplugged who incidentally has given a lot of love to HSK. Gyant is a veteran in this “New Media” game and recognition from him and people like Russell Simmons (Russell who probably got it the worst on HSK) is whats validated the numbers of visitors who return again and again. HSK has been viewed over 10 million times by 1 million plus visitors, HSK content is syndicated to all social networking platforms available to hundreds of millions of people daily.
Like Gyant, HSK stands out from the typical “Urban Blog” Jacky Jasper and Hollywood Street King is a stand alone brand brought from the streets and laced with decades of REAL industry experience by LEADERS to the industry. (more…)
I was recently asked why the songs on my latest album “Deep Fried Memories” promote so much drug use? I told the person who asked me that question to eat shit and die. Know why? Because that person didn’t have a check for me. But, I’ve decided to address that subject to my readers – because I like you guys.
As a teen, I did a lot of dope, and I spent a lot of money on that dope. So, now I figure I might as well make my money back off them drugs. To do that, I put my misery of my drug experiences into my latest songs. At 18-years-old, I did cocaine intravenously for the first time. At the time, I thought it was better than sex.
Me and my crew of boasters would wake up early in the morning to hit the road. We stole everything…from cartons of cigarettes, to perfume, to leather coats, female gear and even home appliances. It was all about a quick sale. We had Miss. Kim (a Korean shop keeper as our fence), and we had Mr. Gindle (a Jewish man who lived in our projects who bought everything in one shot). I was making $500 to $600 a day, but I couldn’t take it home to mama. Know why? Because she would have asked me where the cash came from. Because I didn’t want to face those sort of questions from my mother, partying was the answer to my problems. (more…)
Just yesterday, a close friend of mine sent me a text message letting me know that there’s a person talking shit about me. I’m told this hater is saying, “Jacky got paid from a dude…he made $15K off the deal, but he would of got paid $20K if he held out…he’s a sucka he took the $15K.” So, I asked myself – Who is this guy to say this type of deranged stuff?
I continued to read the text messages, as they came in,”They can’t say nothing about the deal because there’s a quiet clause between their lawyers.” That’s when I knew exactly who the culprit is, and I also knew who was spreading these false accusations. It was then when I said to myself – If I did do a deal and get paid from it, isn’t that my business? But what pisses me off is I didn’t do any deal with anyone for 15K, and that there’s someone out there putting out these rumors. But, guess what? I know who it is! (more…)

Benicio Del Toro and I go to the same strip club, so does Bill Maher. I see Bill and Benicio all the time.
I am not going to tell you the spot but, KCBS sports journalist Jim Hill knows where its at. One time Benicio and I both went to this strip club to pick up the same bitch. I arrived at the club at 1:45, He was there 5 minutes before me.
We were both standing outside the club, I noticed him and I said,” What’s up?” His eyes stared at my boots, he knew they cost twenty-five hundred, he knew my gear was of Beverly Hills.
He said ” I am benicio, nice to meet you.” I introduced myself, we were both smoking cigarettes, then the bitch Lana comes out.
She see’s both of us and acts confused. Benicio and I both caught what was going on, he said ” you know her?” I said, “Yes” he said “jacky what’s up?” We both laughed.
I jumped into a taxi to the other strip club. It’s only two blocks away. There I kicked it with my Russian chic Victoria, she had the pleasure of taking me home that night. (more…)

Deep Fried Memories featuring Jacky Jasper is living the Jimi Hendrix Experience, with its all white band surrounding Jacky. DFM is undoubtedly pushing the envelope with controversial tracks like “Die Nigga Die.” The album as a whole gives a cinematic experience with its 13 songs, and several skits connecting the tracks – the material will definitely set the teenager apart from his or her parents, at the very least.
The starting point leading to the formation of DFM, ignited during the time Jacky spent with legendary blues artist, Ike Turner. Their friendship developed from the months of Ike mentoring Jacky in blues, and passing the torch…so to speak. Just before Ike’s death, Jacky promised Ike that his next album would be a set of Rock N’ Roll recordings. (more…)
