Lil Wayne was supposed to begin his one-year jail sentence today, but the rapper has his bad mouth to thank for pushing the date forward.

That’s because Lil Wayne has used the fact that he’s waited till now to remove the gold diamond fronts that have been covering his teeth for years. Now, the rapper is set to go under the knife to fix one of his cracked teeth, February 12th.

The judge presiding over the case against Lil Wayne, has now decided to let the rapper recover from that surgery before beginning his jail sentence. But, Lil Wayne has no longer than March 2nd to turn himself in. (more…)

A popular actor from the hit television show “One Tree Hill” is sentenced to three months behind bars.

Antwon Tanner is ordered to begin his sentence April 30th. After he finishes his prison time, he’s scheduled to serve five months of house arrest.

The actor’s sentence stems from Tanner dealing in stolen Social Security numbers. Tanner was busted after he admitted to an undercover agent that he sold more than a dozen Social Security numbers for $10,000. (more…)

The custody battle continues between Hollywood actress, Sandra Bullock, her husband, Jesse James and Vivid porn queen, Jannine Lindemulder.

Early this year, Bullock and James landed custody of 5-year-old Sunny Lee James, when Lindemulder was locked-up for tax evasion, and was cited an ‘unfit parent’. Now, that Lindemulder is out of jail, she’s fighting for more parental rights.

“I am the best mother I can be,” stated Lindemulder. “Though I’ve made horrific choices in the past.”

Lindemulder was granted visitation rights on Sundays, as long as she didn’t use drugs or alcohol and kept Sunny from having any contact with her new husband, felon Jeremy Aikman. She’s reported to have violated those court-imposed stipulations. (more…)

“Joe Francis got lucky that even though he another felony under his belt, (his second), he won’t be returned to jail. The judge still has to accept the plea. If he rejects it, the parties are back to where they started. He also faces tax potential tax liabilities from the IRS that are still left open by the plea agreement. In the future, felony child abuse and bribing an official won’t make him the greatest civil witness which is where he will surely be in the future.”

Last week hip hop artist Lil Boosie, born Torrance Hatch, was released from jail after posting a bail of $400,000 [read here]. As previously reported, the rapper was jailed for allegedly assaulting someone at his Louisiana home which resulted in the rapper being arrested and detained in custody.

DJ UNK is locked up again. Dude was in trouble for bullshit back in 08 too remember? I do.

I know booking agencies who wanted to book DJ UNK for shows but they couldn’t. Know why? Cuz Unk was in jail.

Doesn’t UNK make kiddie songs? Then why is it that DJ UNK is always getting arrested for assault? Maybe I might be wrong but I heard the nicca’s in ATL be testing UNK’s gangsta due to the fact they think UNK is soft like his songs. Is DJ UNK soft like his material? I don’t know but I do know next time UNK gets arrested he should just “Walk It Out” and call my attorney Ron Richards.

Governor Schwarzenegger: What if pot’s legal and taxed?

As California struggles to find cash, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said Tuesday it’s time to study whether to legalize and tax marijuana for recreational use.

The Republican governor did not support legalization – and the federal government still bans marijuana use – but advocates hailed the fact that Schwarzenegger endorsed studying a once-taboo political subject.

“Well, I think it’s not time for (legalization), but I think it’s time for a debate,” Schwarzenegger said. “I think all of those ideas of creating extra revenues, I’m always for an open debate on it. And I think we ought to study very carefully what other countries are doing that have legalized marijuana and other drugs, what effect did it have on those countries?”
