Gucci breached probation back in July and was order to serve 12 months in jail guess dude had dope in his urine because he failed his mandatory piss test… I would guess that’s why my nicca went to rehab back in August to avoid jail time and to finish his album “The State vs. Radrick Davis”.

The Atlanta judge didn’t care about all that rehab fluff he gave Gucci a year sentence behind bars. Gucci is currently in jail at the moment. I guess he’s missing Christmas and now I must ask this question to the kids fo America… Do you still want to be a gangsta rapper?

Massachusetts Supreme Court is considering a controversial program that would charge inmates for their stay in prison. The’Debt to Society’ program was sparked by Bristol County Sheriff, Thomas Hodgson. “It’s time the inmates start to pay their way,” said Hodgson. “They’re the people who cost the most, and contribute the least.”

Part of the proposed plan would be to charge inmates $5.00 for their ‘cost of care’, $3.00 for their ‘co-pay to medical unit’, $5.00 for a haircut, and $12.50 for GED testing. Some say charging inmates for their GED is one thing, but charging them for food is another — leaving many to ask how would inmates looking to turn over a new leaf redeem themselves, if they have to pay for school? “If they have money to buy candy, cookies and upgraded sneakers, they have money to pay their basics first,” said Hodgson. “Simple because they commit crimes against the law abiding citizens, inmates are not recession-free.” (more…)

BH CONSTRUCTION JOE FRANCIS LAWSUIT SETTLED
Just when I thought I was going to have some fun, Joe Francis settled his lawsuit with my client, BH Construction. I can only say that the matter has been settled to the parties satisfaction. This does not mean that my firm cannot file suit for the numerous other Joe Francis or Girls Gone Wild claims out there. Just that this one, for Beverly Hills’ best contractor, is over.

Hollywood douchebag Joe Francis famous from his financially brilliant if not socially troubling series “Girls Gone Wild” has been dealt several legal uppercuts today in his defense of cases on several fronts. Today Joe Francis appeared in United States District Court in California. Federal Court Mane!!! He had a motion to postpone and you know what? It was Denied!

Joey is facing tax evasion charges. This is serious shit… To quote the indictment in exact terms;

The defendant, Joseph R. Francis, is charged with two counts of violating 26 U.S.C. 7201 (tax evasion) for tax years 2002 and 2003. The indictment alleges that the defendant attempted to evade the assessment of over $6 million in individual income tax by, among other acts, filing false and fraudulent personal and corporate income tax returns for 2002 and 2003

The IRS took down Capone, Joey doesn’t stand a chance. I am sure there are a lot of fathers, brothers, and boyfriends looking to share a bunk with Joey, but remember it won’t be the first time he’s been sodomized.

Amy’s ex has an interesting story about a party in New York City. The guest list included a bunch of Super Models including Kate Moss…
Well, if Cocaine and acts of debauchery were occurring you know Amy and her ex- husband Blake attended…

Anyways Blake said Kate Moss told Amy to go into her purse and take out a bill so they all can do some bumps…guess what? Amy like a good friend listened to Kate and not only did she go into Kate’s purse and took the money out to do rails Amy also stole Kate’s 2 grams of cocaine. Doesn’t Blake or Amy have any money? Why would Blake and Amy need a bill to sniff coke? You would figure that those two would already have a used cocaine bill on them or a coke spoon… dam even a straw.

I had the opportunity of interviewing Phil Spector before his incarceration and it was a pretty sad; know why? Phil told me to my face that he didn’t kill Lana Clarkson.
Lana committed suicide according to Phil Spector and guess what? I believe him. I asked Phil, as we sat in the H.S.K. office, what had happened that night.

“We played a game and we both lost.” He never elaborated any further; he wanted to talk about music. So I asked him what was his thoughts on American Idol  and he replied that American Idol was not his cup of tea. Phil said American Idol was a complete insult to music. And I must agree; don’t you?
Then we spoke about our passed mutual friend Ike Turner and he and I both shared our fun times with him.

Ike actually introduced me to Phil Spector years ago but Phil and I also ran into each other again at a sad point in both of our lives; it was at Ike’s funeral.
We spoke there as well; Phil and I both have somethings in common; guess what it is?
