Playboy playmate attempting to get defamation allegations thrown out

Dueling litigation between Joe Francis and a Playboy model could be pared if the woman’s lawyers are successful in persuading a judge to throw out the “Girls Gone Wild” founder’s defamation allegations against her on Thursday.

Jayde Nicole, the 2008 Playmate of the Year, sued Francis on Sept. 24 for assault and battery in connection with a scuffle that she, her boyfriend Brody Jenner and Francis got into Aug. 28 at Los Angeles nightclub Guys and Dolls.

The 23-year-old centerfold alleges that Francis caused her multiple injuries, including a “black eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair and utter emotional distress and humiliation.”

Francis filed a countersuit against Nicole and Jenner on Oct. 23, alleging battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel and invasion of privacy.

The countersuit maintains Nicole slandered Francis when she spoke on video after the incident to a member of a celebrity Web site and said the videomaker “… grabbed my hair and he punched me in the face … he pushed me to the ground … he kicked me in my stomach and my chest … and [her neck].” (more…)

Video recently was made public via RadarOnline showing the attack on Jayde Nicole. While it may have been provoked by Jayde who was defending her friend from Francis’ unwanted advances, Francis who is on probation and court supervision was way OUT-OF-LINE attacking her from behind in such a violent manner. Francis clearly committed a felony which is a BIG mistake for anyone currently under the thumb of law enforcement.

Jaydes Attorney and Hollywoods #1 Problem solver Ronald Richards is quoted as saying, “If we were on another planet, where people have eyes on the back of their heads, Francis’ version of events may be believable. However, since we are on planet Earth, the tape clearly shows a defenseless woman being savagely attacked by a three-time convicted felon who is on probation in more jurisdictions than John Gotti Jr.”

Playboy Playmate Files Suit Against Girls Gone Wild Founder

HOLLYWOOD, CA–(Marketwire – September 24, 2009) – AOne Entertainment — Jayde Nicole has filed a lawsuit seeking damages from injuries received during the Hollywood nightclub melee with Joe Francis on August 28, 2009.

Former Playboy Playmate of the Year 2008, Jayde Nicole has filed a lawsuit today in Superior Court of Los Angeles seeking damages for the alleged battery she suffered during an altercation between herself and frequent troublemaker Joe Francis.

The court filing which Hollywood Street King has EXCLUSIVELY posted online claims that the physical altercation occurred at the Los Angeles nightclub Guys & Dolls. The suit claims that Jayde and boyfriend Brody Jenner confronted Francis, who they claim, was “harassing” Abbey Wilson, a former girlfriend of Francis’ and friend to Jayde and Brody. Once confronted the suit claims Francis “pulled her hair” bringing Jayde to the ground. Jayde was left with a bruised and swollen face along with several bruised ribs. Security cameras within the club captured the incident and have since been turned over to the police.

This comes on the heels of a guilty plea Francis entered yesterday in Federal Court related to tax evasion charges filed by the US Government. Jayde Nicole is represented by Hollywood Heavyweight Attorney Ronald Richards, who is a long time legal adversary of Francis’. According to Richards, “The video clearly shows Mr. Francis using excessive force causing serious injury to Ms. Nicole’s person. Too Short was booked by Vegas cops early yesterday morning for a DUI…and it’s happened before!  We’ve learned this is the second time Too Short was arrested in Sin City for drunk driving.  The Cali native was also slammed with a possession of marijuana charge…BIG SURPRISE.  Forget about the drinking and driving $hit…lets talk about dat KU$H!!!  It’s clear to see that this nicca needs his bitch Mary Jane.  Why doesn’t Too Short have his medical marijuana license??? It might not have even helped though – marijuana possession is a F-E-L-O-N-Y in the state of Nevada…Hey Too Short: You should call my friend and legal counsel, super attorney Ronald Richards.

Joe Super Trick Francis is back at it again.  L.A. cops have an A-P-B out on him after they say he had a beat down session on Brody Jenner’s girlfriend, Jayde Nicole.  It all happened just before three-o’clock Friday morning at West Hollywood’s “Guys and Dolls Club.”  That’s where Francis lost it after Nicole spilled a drink on him.  (Sound’s like dude was hangin’ with Miss Crystal Meth).  He reportedly grabbed her hair, punched her, threw her down, and kicked her while she was on the ground.  (I always knew he was a scum-bag, and this proves it).  After Francis was pulled away from the poor chick, we’re told he ran out of the club like a bitch.  (But he won’t run for long…Joey’s on his was back to the Big House.  And guess what?  I don’t give a f*&k!)
