Today HSK has exclusively obtained and published court documents from the recent SLAPP MOTION hearing in the Jayde Nicole vs. Joe Francis cross-complaint.

Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild lost his cross-complaint against Jayde Nicole today. Judge Mark V. Mooney of the Los Angeles Superior Court dismissed his complaint against Jayde Nicole for libel, slander, and false light. The Court found that Joe Francis was a public figure and that Ms. Nicole’s comments to the media were protected speech relating to the topic of Mr. Francis objectifying and exploiting young women.

Since Mr. Francis failed to meet his burden of proof that the statements were made with actual malice, the Court dismissed the case finding no actual malice had been proven by Mr. Francis. (more…)

Playboy playmate attempting to get defamation allegations thrown out

Dueling litigation between Joe Francis and a Playboy model could be pared if the woman’s lawyers are successful in persuading a judge to throw out the “Girls Gone Wild” founder’s defamation allegations against her on Thursday.

Jayde Nicole, the 2008 Playmate of the Year, sued Francis on Sept. 24 for assault and battery in connection with a scuffle that she, her boyfriend Brody Jenner and Francis got into Aug. 28 at Los Angeles nightclub Guys and Dolls.

The 23-year-old centerfold alleges that Francis caused her multiple injuries, including a “black eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair and utter emotional distress and humiliation.”

Francis filed a countersuit against Nicole and Jenner on Oct. 23, alleging battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel and invasion of privacy.

The countersuit maintains Nicole slandered Francis when she spoke on video after the incident to a member of a celebrity Web site and said the videomaker “… grabbed my hair and he punched me in the face … he pushed me to the ground … he kicked me in my stomach and my chest … and [her neck].” (more…)

Video recently was made public via RadarOnline showing the attack on Jayde Nicole. While it may have been provoked by Jayde who was defending her friend from Francis’ unwanted advances, Francis who is on probation and court supervision was way OUT-OF-LINE attacking her from behind in such a violent manner. Francis clearly committed a felony which is a BIG mistake for anyone currently under the thumb of law enforcement.

Playboy Playmate Files Suit Against Girls Gone Wild Founder

HOLLYWOOD, CA–(Marketwire – September 24, 2009) – AOne Entertainment — Jayde Nicole has filed a lawsuit seeking damages from injuries received during the Hollywood nightclub melee with Joe Francis on August 28, 2009.

Former Playboy Playmate of the Year 2008, Jayde Nicole has filed a lawsuit today in Superior Court of Los Angeles seeking damages for the alleged battery she suffered during an altercation between herself and frequent troublemaker Joe Francis.

The court filing which Hollywood Street King has EXCLUSIVELY posted online claims that the physical altercation occurred at the Los Angeles nightclub Guys & Dolls. The suit claims that Jayde and boyfriend Brody Jenner confronted Francis, who they claim, was “harassing” Abbey Wilson, a former girlfriend of Francis’ and friend to Jayde and Brody. Once confronted the suit claims Francis “pulled her hair” bringing Jayde to the ground. Jayde was left with a bruised and swollen face along with several bruised ribs. Security cameras within the club captured the incident and have since been turned over to the police.

This comes on the heels of a guilty plea Francis entered yesterday in Federal Court related to tax evasion charges filed by the US Government. Jayde Nicole is represented by Hollywood Heavyweight Attorney Ronald Richards, who is a long time legal adversary of Francis’. Hollywood douchebag Joe Francis famous from his financially brilliant if not socially troubling series “Girls Gone Wild” has been dealt several legal uppercuts today in his defense of cases on several fronts. Today Joe Francis appeared in United States District Court in California. Federal Court Mane!!! He had a motion to postpone and you know what? It was Denied!

Joey is facing tax evasion charges. This is serious shit… To quote the indictment in exact terms;

The defendant, Joseph R. Francis, is charged with two counts of violating 26 U.S.C. 7201 (tax evasion) for tax years 2002 and 2003. The indictment alleges that the defendant attempted to evade the assessment of over $6 million in individual income tax by, among other acts, filing false and fraudulent personal and corporate income tax returns for 2002 and 2003

The IRS took down Capone, Joey doesn’t stand a chance. I am sure there are a lot of fathers, brothers, and boyfriends looking to share a bunk with Joey, but remember it won’t be the first time he’s been sodomized.
