This is the first installment of my new series called “$3 Bootlegs”.

My mission behind $3 Bootlegs, is to look out for all of my readers by checking out a flick, before letting you all know if it is, or is not worth your hard-earned dollars at the cinema.

Some of you may be asking yourselves – Why is Jacky choosing to spend his precious time on such a project? Here’s why – I’m sick and tired people getting ripped off at the theater! So, from this day forth, I’ll be taking on the daunting task of reviewing all of the newest films, before or while they are showing in the theaters.

My first movie review is “Couples Retreat” – I enjoyed it for the price I got it for, but the quality was not the greatest. Hey, I only paid $3 dollars for it…so why complain??? (more…)
