Mariah Carey seems to be taking it all back to where she started, as competition grows in her relationship with Nick Cannon.

Now, industry insiders expect MiMi to join with ex-husband, Tommy Mottola’s label, for release of a Valentine’s Day album. The album is said to be in tribute to Nick. But, trouble is said to be brewing in the pair’s marriage. That’s because sources say Nick is bothered by Mariah’s success on the silver screen.

“I think it bothers him that Mariah is a hotter film property than he is right now,” says a source. “Nick told Mariah early on how fickle Hollywood is and she shouldn’t get her hopes up to be a movie star. Turns out she’s eclipsed Nick’s acting career by leaps and bounds.”

Sources say Nick was initially under the impression that Mariah would remain the singer in the family, while he followed an acting career. (more…)

Mariah Carey seems to be coming close to yet another full blown meltdown.

During a recent awards show appearance, the woman also known as “MiMi” is clearly self medicating herself. Contrary to what many are saying is an alcohol-fueled episode, close pals of the Grammy Award winning artist are reporting Mariah Carey is binging on prescription pills. And, her behavior proves just that.

Reporter Mike Cidoni described the singer’s erratic behavior in great detail in his article titled “Mariah Carey Rambles at Palm Springs Film Fest Gala After Winning” — Check it Out:

Mariah Carey lived up to her sometimes loopy reputation at the Palm Springs International Film Festival awards as she gave a long, rambling acceptance speech after being named Breakthrough Actress for her performance in “Precious: Based on the Novel ‘Push’ by Sapphire.”

In an explosive interview, Monica “Danger” Leon announced she plans to let the cat out of the bag on Ray-J, Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey, if they don’t pay up. “Everybody that owes me money better pay up right the fuck now,” Leon said, adding that she has “damaging info.”

HSK has learned that Danger is not the only one looking to cash in from him. Apparently, a group of thugs close the Ray-J are looking to grab a piece of the singer’s $2 million dollar fortune. This after Ray-J posted an announcement on his Twitter page that he just purchased a piece of luxury California real estate.

During the radio discussion, the former “I Love Ray-J” cast member reveals her sexual encounter with Ray-J, as well as introduces the new man in her life. The 23-year-old woman many now know as “Danger” says her New Year’s resolution is “to come clean and tell the truth and get my fucking paper.”

Danger’s plans come shortly after the reality show cast member served seven-days in a mental institution. The young new mother says she shaved her head as part of her marking a new beginning in her life. And, she says part of that new beginning is achieving her 2010 goals.
