The King of Pop’s dad has filed legal documents claiming Micheal Jackson never signed his will, and that the executors of the will committed fraud.

Apparently, Michael Jackson’s last will and testament indicates that MJ signed the document in Los Angeles, while MJ is said to have been witnessed to sign his will in New York City. A clerical mistake is said to be blamed for the conflicting reports.

Now, Joe Jackson is speaking out against the executors of his son’s will, John Branca and John McClain…pointing to the pair as fraudulent administrators. (more…)

I for one can promise you that there are no guarantees of this possibly happening. I mean, the only real guarantee in life is death.

The “Tishman & Tishman” company is obviously pushing for their clients (and potential clients) to believe their bullshit, and that’s exactly who they are…fucking scam artists. The company charges their clients $5k to grant access to their connections (including record release parties (Interscope, Geffen and A&M Records), “Bossy Yacht Hopping Parties, and “Bossy Vacations,” just to name a few. According to “Tishman & Tishman”, the individuals on their staff include, “Top notch attorneys from NYC to LA (ATL and TX, and in between), our Legal Counsel makes sure that contracts are fair, and in the best interest of the client…And should things get a little rough, we have litigators too throughout the world.”

Let me tell you about, Christian Audigier. He’s the fashion designer for people with no style, who once worked (and designed) for the company “Von Dutch”…remember that company?

Here’s what’s circulating on the streets – First, Christian was supposedly being cheated by the Von Dutch fashion company for his work. I’m told that Audigier decided to cut his ties with Von Dutch, and create his own company and fashion line — we all now know as “Ed Hardy”. In 2004, Christian Audigier licensed the rights to produce the high-end Ed Hardy clothing line, which is based on tattoo art created by Don Ed Hardy imagery. Other stories stemming from the fashion world claim that Christian stole a million dollars from Von Dutch to start his new company.

Christian took the art of Don Ed Hardy’s tattoos, and placed them (as logos) on his hats. and T-Shirt’s, which the majority of you loved… Didn’t you?

I admit.. I do have a few pieces of Audigier’s collections, but those items are what I now use it to sleep in or to take out the garbage…

We’ve all seen the ‘tacky dude’ who frequents the Hollywood night club circuit sporting ‘True Religion’ jeans, and an Ed Hardy T- Shirt. Oh, let’s not forget those white leather Rumpelstiltskin-like shoes…as part of the now uniformed ensemble.

So, even with the shadow of Michael Jackson’s death fresh for her and her family, Janet’s wearing the pants and doin’ what her older brother, Jermaine Jackson probably can’t do… Entertainment mane.

Before Michael Jackson died, his brothers shot a one hour pilot for a reality show that was supposed to follow them as they “reunited” with Michael. MJ wanted nothing to do with the project and it was done anyway….

What’s the world coming to? A&E is confirmed by the Hollywood Reporter that they will be airing a pilot in the next month and a series is likely to follow.

Why do we need a reality show that shows them mourning and trying to “revive” their personal careers? It seems a bit forced, doesn’t it?
