Jacky Jasper is currently in the studio, adding finishing touches to his premiere Heavy Funk Metal album. That’s right – I stated ‘Heavy Metal Funk’ – Know Why? Because there’s currently no other music like this new form of musical gumbo – mixed with Blues, Metal, Funk, Jazz, Rap and Soul.
The album is titled “November 5th” (Ike Turner’s Birthday) – in memory of the late great Mr. Turner, Jacky’s Blues mentor…who passed the torch to Jacky Jasper before his passing.
The group features Jacky Jasper along with four other members who all play live instruments — that’s right LIVE bitches!!! No autotune here — REAL A$$ Mu$iC — What the art of music is meant to be!!!
You can expect 12 tracks from Jacky’s group called, “Deep Fried Memories”. Be prepared, cuz ya’ll ain’t heard nothing like this before. It’s a new form of music, created by Jacky Jasper, and it will def leave a staple in the music biz forever — much like Hector LaVoe did with Salsa.
