HSK has learned Lil Wayne is expected to enter a guilty plea tomorrow. Sources say he’s also set to strike a deal with the NYC District Attorney’s Office. Part of that deal would mean Lil Wayne would be locked-up for eight months.

If the 27-year-old rapper does not make the deal, he could potentially be looking at 15-years behind bars for both counts.

The case was sparked in NYC – back in 2007, while the Cash Money Records rapper was on tour. That’s when Lil Wayne caught a criminal weapons possession charge, as well as a criminal possession of a loaded weapon charge. This after cops allegedly uncovered a loaded .40-caliber pistol, on his tour bus.

What’s worse is that Dwayne Micheal Carter Jr. (aka Lil Wayne), is also facing felony drug and weapons charges in Yuma, Arizona. This most recent case was sparked back in January 2008, after a cops proceeded with a traffic stop of Lil Wayne’s tour bus. Arizona police raided the tour bus and found a gun…ultimately charging Carter with a firearms charge.

Carter is is set to stand trial in Arizona for this most recent case, next year.

A few days ago, the Cash Money Records CEO, Bryan “Birdman” Williams reported Lil Wayne has more money than Jay Z. I’m just wondering if this is the reasoning behind why Lil Wayne would not use that cash to win these cases. I mean, OJ did, and he beat a double homicide case – didn’t he? It’s America…the land of Capitalism…so, cash rules!!! Won’t you agree?

Here’s my advise to Lil Wayne – Call Ron Richards!!!

Last weekend I flew back to Hollywood from Miami only to hit the Warped Tour show on Sunday night, and guess what? It’s was totally hot – this after seeing old friends like Kevin Lyman and Ice-T (by the way, Body Count rocked).

I quickly began to reminisce back to when when I performed on Warped Tour (in the 90’s with Ice T and in 2001 with Kool Keith). The shows paid a good fee and the chics were free. We were performing at the Warped Tour during the day and doing club shows by night. Many of the acts who took to the Warped Tour’s stages had a bad body odors, but (of course, we didn’t)…Know why? Cuz we were fly – we had hotels mane… Me and the boys didn’t camp out with other bands eating camp fire hot dogs for dinner, we took cabs and had steaks or some good Italian food, and we refused to ingest the drugs from fans, but we did give those same drugs to to the chic’s who came on our Provost bus. Police in Kentucky and in the state of Ohio are looking for Flo Rida’s tour bus. They wanna talk to him regarding an incident a bystander witnessed. The snitch a.k.a. the bystander said he saw 2 dudes leaving Flo Rida’s tour bus with a live rabbit and seconds later the rabbit was dead.

The 2 men allegedly killed the rabbit and the animal cruelty people are pissed. They wanna have a discussion with this Flo Rida guy. What was this bullshit rapper thinking? Maybe he was making rabbit stew he is from the south and they do eat road kill don’t they?

Paris Hilton and her boyfriend of nine months have broken up. Benji Madden from the pop alternative rock group Good Charlotte. I know this guy he has a twin brother Harlow, who’s with Nicole Richie.

We did the Wrapped Tour together i think in 99 or 2000 (maybe both.) I was so fucked up. If you know me, you know I got no respect for dudes who wanna kick it with me wearing mac-up.

Someone from AFI  introduced us, all I can remember is kicking it on their bus and taking all their liquor off their Prevost tour  bus to my Prevost  tour bus, cause all the chic’s were on our tour bus. I don’t think the twins and I ever spoke after that incident.

Who cares I never wanted to record with them anyways. I only fuck with real musicians, I make music for myself, for my peers, but NEVER FOR PROFIT.
