TREY SONGZ BAY AREA CONCERT TURNS BLOODY

Nine people are injured after shots rang out at a Bay Area concert this past weekend.
Police say the shooting followed a fight that occurred outside of San Francisco’s “House of Soul” concert, just after 10 p.m., Sunday.
A group of the wounded were taken to hospital, other victims were treated at the scene. Police remain on the hunt for the suspects responsible for the shooting spree. (more…)

CHICAGO CLUB BANS BLACK STUDENTS
A group of African American students are speaking out after being denied entrance to a Chicago nightclub, during a class trip last Saturday.
Sources say half a dozen black students were turned away, while two-hundred of their white classmates were granted access into the club. It’s reported that the staff of ‘The Windy City’s’ “Original Mother’s” club says the Washington University students were violating the bar’s dress code, by sporting baggy jeans. One of the white students who was allowed into “Original Mother’s”, openly admitted that the group of blacks who were denied access, were dressed better than most of the white students, who were let in. BILL COSBY: “You’re not Going to Put Women Down”

Veteran comedian, Bill Cosby is set to inject a new wave of positivity into our black youth, through the use of music. Cosby’s new album, “Bill Cosby Presents Cosnarati: State of Emergency,” is scheduled for release, November 24th.
“I don’t like referring to the music as clean,” Cosby said. “What I like is what you’re not going to do. You’re not going to curse. You’re not going to put women down. You’re not going to put the glory of the gun somewhere. And you’re not going to put a whole lot of violence up front like that’s the thing that will cleanse you and make you feel better.”
The project is a musical gumbo of funk, R&B, rock, jazz and Hip-Hop – featuring a list of songs, with various deep messages including, addressing worthless fathers in, “Dad Behind the Glass, and giving praise to black women in, “Where’s the Parade.” (more…)

Jacky, why the hell does Big Boy’s morning show “Big Boys Neighborhood” feature Perez and not you. Is perez really from BB’s neighborhood or is he just another urban sell out (like russ with less hustle). I stopped listening to his show as soon as P hilton joined. Its total bullshit. HOW URBAN IS PEREZ REALLY???? They need someone like you Jacky. Someone stirring shit up, someone not beholden to a corporate machine. I am starting an email campaing to request you for the job Jacky. People outside of los angeles must think our city is SOFT! Who is REPPIN the streets other than you?
