A six-month long investigation lead to the Friday arrest of a New York teen who allegedly had sex with five horses.

Now, 18-year-old Erick Rivera is looking at a list of charges including five counts of sexual misconduct with an animal and burglary.

Authorities say the incidents happened at Hudson Valley’s Goshen Historic Track, starting in July. That’s where Rivera is thought to have made his way into the area from his nearby rented room before abusing the horses.

Caretakers of the animals grew to be suspicious, this summer, during their morning checks.
