The mastermind behind Washington, D.C.’s sniper attacks, is set to be executed this evening.

John Allen Muhammad, 48, was denied his clemency request by the Supreme Court, Monday. “I find no compelling reason to set aside the sentence that was recommended by the jury and then imposed and affirmed by the courts,” stated Virginia’s Governor Tim Kaine.

Muhammad is scheduled to die by lethal injection at 9 p.m. ET, at Virginia’s Greensville Correctional Center.

Muhammad and his then teen accomplice, Lee Boyd Malvo, are responsible for murdering fourteen people and wounding three others, back in October 2002. That’s when the pair went on a shooting rampage, from the trunk of an old Chevy Caprice. The senseless slayings took place over a span of three weeks. The Gulf war veteran’s weapon of choice was a Bushmaster XM-15 rifle with .223 ammunition.

Muhammed had a three-phase plan to Kill hundreds of White Americans

Malvo (photo) and a psychiatrist who examined Muhammed, both revealed a three phase plan that Muhammed had to murder Whites, first in the Metro-Washington DC area, and then nationwide.

One of Malvo’s psychiatric witnesses testified in his trial that Muhammad had indoctrinated him into believing that the proceeds of the extortion attempt would be used to begin a new nation of only young, “pure” black people somewhere in Canada.

John Allen Muhammad’s goal in phase one was to kill 6 white people a day for 30 days (180 per month).

In phase two Muhammed planned to kill a pregnent woman, a Baltimore police officer, and then launch bombings to create as much havoc as possible in the Metro area.

In phase three, Muhammad would recruit young black boys like Malvo at “YMCAs and orphanages” around the country, for his own private Black Nationalist Army.

Malvo described how John Allen Muhammad intended to train all these boys with weapons and stealth, as he had been taught. Finally, after their training was complete, John Allen Muhammad would send them out across the United States to carry out mass shootings in many different cities, just as he had done in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.

And as a result of Malvo’s testimony, Muhammad’s Black Nationalist and radical Islamic connections have been revealed as much stronger than originally reported. From Wiki view View from the Right article:

Changing his name to Muhammad in October 2001, he was a member of the Nation of Islam for a time; friends allege Muhammad helped provide security for “Million Man March” in 1995… Muhammad admitted that he admired and modeled himself after Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda, and approved of the September 11, 2001, attacks.

To this day, Muhammad professes his innocence, citing authorities as having racial bias against him.

The noted ‘D.C sniper’ is reported to have chosen his last meal, which he decided to keep private.

John Allen Muhammad really is a piece of shit. Not only did he shoot adults at gas stations, but this asshole also shot kids at school. He was jealous of those who he thought had a better life than him, and took it upon himself to become the Judge of innocent people by hiding behind a riffle. I have absolutely no mercy for such a coward.

John Muhammad deserves to die. Good riddance to you! Like Ice Cube said “Today’s A Good Day”, so who needs scum bags like John Allen Muhammad around? Don’t you agree?
