THE REAL CLAYTON BIGSBY IS SENTENCED

The black man who posed as a white supremist on facebook.com is sentenced to three-years probation. Part of that sentence includes a racial sensitivity course and 150 hours of community service.

The Louisiana judge’s decision comes after 20-year-old Dyron Hart sent death threats, from a fake profile on the social networking site, to at least three black Nicholls State University students, during President Barack Obama’s election.

Hart, a Mississippi native, is reported to have made the threats so he could “get a reaction.” He pleaded guilty to one federal count, back in August. Dyron Hart attended Nicholls State for one semester last year.

Dyron Hart may have been watching the Dave Chappelle Show far too much. For those of you who may not know, Dave Chappelle did a comedy sketch acting as Clayton Bigsby, a black white supremacist. Sound similar? Was Dyron trying to stir-up beef between blacks and whites? It appears so. I say the presiding judge was far too lenient on Dyron. Since Dyron had nothing better to do with his time, I say he should have been sentenced to jail time.
