THERE’S SOMETHING ABOUT JACKY
This year has been a hard working year for your boy, Jacky. I’m happy to say that all of my missions were accomplished.
Some of you may ask what those missions are. First, the completion of my first Heavy Metal album. Recording the music was easy, when I compare it to entertaining you all daily on my site hollywoodstreetking.com. Hitting the gym four days each week to keep in top physical shape, while still finding the time to shop for the most exquisite things that man can make. I lay my head to rest at 3 a.m., and I rise at 7 a.m. – there’s a saying I always heard as a child “There’s no rest for the wicked” – sometimes I wonder if that saying applies to me. Sleep is the cousin of death, so I have no time to lay-up all day and nap on my silk sheets.
I once had a marijuana intake totally one ounce every two days, but I grew bored of smoking weed. So, this past August, I decided to quit. Did I feel better when I stopped smoking weed? No. Did I have more money because I stopped smoking weed? No. That’s because I got my weed for free mane! That’s because I served as a bud consultant for various dispensaries in the Hollywood area.
I rarely attend clubs…the scene is fucking boring…Know why? Because the chics are always waiting around for dudes to buy them drinks – Everybody dresses the same and the DJ plays Top 40 music, which drives me nuts! I dislike when fools give me their dreadful business cards. Don’t they know I will never pick-up my Blackberry to call them? If they took a closer look, they would see their ridiculous business cards on the floor where I once stood. How can you do business in a club environment? Isn’t that a place where people get drunk? The club is a place where people talk a lot of shit, and I have no time for people who speak bullshit. Know why? Because I’m strictly business mane!
Today I’m going shopping. I have a photo shoot this week for my latest musical project “Deep Fried Memories.” Don’t get it twisted. I have too much gear, but I need to feel brand new when I give birth to a new project. My business partner and I recently took some photos with the most creative design person we know in Hollywood, Kurt @ Los Bones of myself for the album, but Mia, a close friend of ours, came to the office and was like “Jacky this is not you…I expect more from you…can you be more yourself and keep it extra fly?” I thought to myself that Mia’s right. I didn’t put any thought into the first photo shoot, and Mia saw that. So it’s back to business…new photo shoot… Kurt will be doing all the design and branding for the new record along with the talented Sam @ Vandal Inc!
It’s not easy being the Hollywood Street King but somebody’s gotta do it…

A pair of earplugs to dim the noise levels can be a good idea. It won’t make the music any better though. I had to use french fries (or is it ‘freedom’ fries?) at a Prodigy concert the music was so loud. All the work for the site is definitely appreciated, and I’m looking forward to hearing the album. Keep ruling those streets with an iron fist.

how do u stay awake blazing 1/2 an O. a day ? i go through 1/8 and on most days
i gotta nap for at least 1 hour or 2.

I had work to do mane…I was writing my album at the time. Plus, my guitarist will help me smoke as well…I slept a lot back then…you’re so right, but I awoke about an hour later, only to smoke again…
