HSK Exclusive - Another woman, this one from Tennessee, just sent me the following story regarding the financial fleecing she suffered at the hands of convicted felon, Mr. Fuck Compton, Timothy Blair, aka Tim Dog.
I have also had dealings with tim (dog) blair. during the period of 2006 thru 2011. He contacted me through an online dating service called black people meet. We chatted for about 6 months before we finally met. He set up my email account and had me to get credit cards and a checking accont here in Tennessee.
In February of 2007 we met and he talked me into giving him my income tax return so that he could find us a home in atl. That never happened, he said that it was because my kids didnt want to move…. but we kept on seeing each other I would go down about 2 to 3 times a week.
One thursday he ask me to come down the next morning to go with hm to rent a car at budget. So I did, but he put the car in my name/ He was supposed to turn the car back in on Sunday, but after 3 months he still had possession of the car. I didn’t get a pay check for 6 months due to him charging the car to my account.
The next year, he had me quit my job to come work for him. I was to go to atl on Monday and return to Knoxville on Friday. I ended up being like a maid, cleaning up after all his friends in a condo downtown. We never paid for this work that I was doing.
Come the next February he wanted my income tax refund again, but this time he was going to get me and him a condo and then take me on a shopping spree to NYC, that didnt happen either.
When I started asking him about these broken promises, he would get mad and tell me to go home. This february I called him and he answered the phone and said that he had to file bankrupy and had lost everything because his mother had gone thur exploritory surgery and died and all his money went to her hospital bills, but he said that he even lost his clothes in this action. He needed me to get him a cell phone and send it to him, but he needed a blackberry or something better like an Iphone, not just any cell phone would do.

This is really sad. I feel sorry for her children because their mommy is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
It was bad enough about the setup of the email and checking account (when he could have gotten her SSN) but the rental car move that caused her to be without a paycheck for 6 months!? And all of this was around the first year? Wow, just wow!

In studying about con artists, they are emotional abusers and so they manipulate and gradually take power from the victim. This criminal has over a decade of documented scams, so he has much experience. Weak can be interpreted as: insecure, desperate, needy, unaware, naive, young and/or immature.
At any given time, a person can be one or many of these based life situations and/or experiences. This does not make the person BAD, just vulnerable and easy prey.
Tim is a predator, an experienced one at that. From the outside, it is easy to say the victim was stupid. But when does a person’s intellect mean they deserve being taken advantage of or conned and have money stolen from them?
A woman on a first date with a man she just met, wears a sexy dress, goes for drinks and ends up raped by her date. Did she deserve it because she didn’t know the guy and wore a sexy dress? NO!
An old couple (faculties no longer sharp) hires a contractor to do some renovations on their home only to lose the deposit paid and work undone. Did they deserve that because they no longer have the active edge as they once did? NO!
Tim had several victims he built relationships over many years, and during this time, he manipulated and created believable stories and reasons regarding their circumstances. When the women questioned him, he threaten them, scared them into silence. It is only now a few are coming forward, several are still scared. The attitudes of public opinion make it harder for victims to come forward and continue to strengthen scumbag thugs like Tim.
Don’t be too quick to judge, the next victim could be someone close to you!

I am one of his Australian victims, coming forward for the first time, for all the reasons the others have opted for silence (the fear of reprisal, weakened financial state, the shaming by insidious comments as per above et al).
I would like to thank JusticeReporter for giving me the courage to come forward after all these years and to let them know I have filed a report to the Ic3.gov – could not file one to the FBI in ATL as the site does not accept my international zip code, but perhaps I will be able to circumvent this just in order to get the information I have into their periphery.

I want you to know that we are very proud of you that you had the guts to came forward, it took alot of courage to do that. But you did the right thing. I filed a report myself and Justicereporter helped me out in 2009 when i came forward through this very same website, we contacted and connected very strong and we even bonded because of this, a sas situation but nobody is that strong and able to fight the battke against Tim on their own.
So again, you did the right thing, and i think there are many more to come, also because you have spoken!

It took a little while to be mentally strong to contend with this, but I’ve built myself back, although financially I am still not clear and remain in the courts attempting to clear my name from a promoter pursuing me on account of Tim Blair’s bad business dealings.
There are definitely others out there – In my preliminary investigation I have seen other postings from within Australia and also overseas.
I don’t know how he could sleep straight. To have conducted oneself with such depravity can only be that of a soul-less individual, caught within his own web of lies. Such a sorry way to live life and certainly a failure to his family and any legacy he may have sired.

How would you be reached? I’m not sure what the process is there. Also, I did manage to lodge directly to the FBI – just put their US zip code in and a note in the document to explain this.

Please remember to include in your IC3.gov report if money was WIRED into the United States into Tim’s banking account – or via a credit card – any type of wire transfer of funds into or through Atlanta makes this FBI case. Also, alert them if you have any emails or documents supporting your complaint of Fraud / Theft By Deception carried out by Tim Blair / BMC Management. He has recently been convicted for Grand Larceny reduced from Fraud as a part of a plea bargain- so he is a Felon now and will more easily charged and convicted for a repeat crime of the same MO.

If you google the lady above, and Tim Dog on the same line it will pull up multiple newspaper and television articles concerning how he set her up and committed fraud against her and her kids. She is the first victim who fought long and hard until the District Attorneys office took her case. She will connect you to those who are working now to get justice for the other victims and hopefully the overseas victims such as yourself. He has alleged victims going back over a decade.

Yes I have done all of the above. In addition, I have kept meticulous accounts and records of all details relating to the business dealings with this individual, the paper-trail is very significant. In reviewing other posts, his M.O. is almost verbatim as is his targeting methods.
Also, in scoping the Australian space, I believe one of the individuals who may also be a victim is now overseas in hiding and there may be others within reasonable geographic proximity to me, so I will look into means of establishing contact with them.

Appears Tim is at it again but with a new scam. He is now taking pre-order sales for his ‘best selling’ tell all book about ‘who killed hip hop’. First off, how can a book be best selling if it has not been published? Secondly, when you go to purchase this book it takes you to PayPal and the company referenced to perform the transaction is BSI Consulting LLC which is a company out of Mexico (found on LinkedIn) that is NOT associated with Tim. Tim registered 1BSI.com (website under construction)on 10/3/2010 under his BMC Management Inc which was dissolved by Sec of State (records are public) on 9/13/10. Third, the companies referenced on his site Rap Legacy Productions INC has no state filing records and Legacy Productions was a dissolved INC since 1999. Fourth, the registered URLS under his name and BMC Management mylegacystudio and raplegacy both under construction. What is the deal? He is working his scams yet again and we are going to connect the dots eventually to shut him down.
