Tom Cruise, Alleged Gay Sex Tape, and A Lawsuit – OH MY!

The man who claimed to have a sex tape of Tom Cruise “engaged in a homosexual relationship,” is now suing the A-list actor.

Michael Davis Sapir claims Cruise conspired against him with attorney Bert Fields and jailed private investigator Anthony Pellicano, by illegally wiretapping Sapir’s telephone. Cruise allegedly hired the team back in 2001. This just before a settlement was met between Cruise and Spair, a magazine editor, who threatened Cruise with the tape.

You may remember Cruise sued $100 million at the beginning of this decade. After the settlement was met, both parties involved in the case issue statements that the tape did not exist.

Now, Sapir is suing for at least $5 million.

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, and only money can put out these kind of flames. If this tape does exist, it’s safe to say that it’s somewhere deeply hidden. Don’t you agree?
