   Kanye West is not hip hop alone but he is hip hop

   because he is true to it so therefore in order for you to be apart of hip hop you must be hip hop

   and you must be true to hip hop to be hip hop

   and according to me he meets the criteria to be hip hop so yes he is hip hop

   this is a list of rappers who i think also are qualified to be hip hop that are also true to hip hop so they can say they are hip hop for the verey reason that they do meet the criteria thrue there flow talent or meaning but either way they got it
   i am not ordering theyre names in order from best to worst nore worst to best from my favorit to my least favorite it is not a list of who is best it is only a list of who i think are great rappers because they are hip hop they are of course
